This is not necessarily new item, but it is one of my beauty bucket list. So I always have this stuffs that I really want to try and review.

Here's a swatch of the product, which come in a chubby pen like shape that perfectly snug in my hand.

The design of the product is simple yet pretty. With a white and red according to the shade in it. If it's a pink, it's pink and white and so on.

It look so pretty and glossy too. The redness appear fresh. But as seen above, it was pretty sheer and matte too. It doesn't goes bold, suitable as a cheek cream but on the lips it is more like a color of a lip balm but without the moisturizing effect of a balm.

I can say that The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Velvet Stick is velvety alright in terms of finish but doesn't carry as much pigment. It gives the skin and lips a hint of the color it brings and like on the image below, I'm using it on my lips, it is somewhat like a lip (faint) tint.

Do I like the product? Hmm, kinda in between, it performs better on the cheeks than on the lips, perhaps since I'm a fan of something that bolder. And the texture, on dry chapped lips, it could be a bit tough and too dry plus doesn't give much coverage. The best part of the product is that it can be applied on wet or dry makeup as it has this velvetiness, it wont messed up the powdery skin.

Easy to be removed, which can also means both side, reapply kinda often and for those who doesn't like to use makeup removal can easily have these babies gone with just water and foaming facial wash, or perhaps, just a swipe of a tissue.
