yesterday I went to newly opened branch of Irwan Team Hair Design in Lippo Mall Puri. The location is in the LG area, the same level where Hypermart and many restaurants as well. It was snugged inside the curve on the way to the parking lot.

The salon is big and can serve around 20-30 people at once.

Invited through Clozette Indonesia, me and some other bloggers get to try their service as we pick. I choose a ritual by Kerastase.

As usual, in the salon, there's a designated area for Kerastase service, it was on the upper side of the salon.

5-6 guests can be inside the room comfortably. We get to have our hair checked and then the diagnose will determine which products suits us best. My oily scalp gets to have a shampoo for oily scalp, the very damaged hair get to be pampered by their variants that help re-structured the hair follicles.

The treatment last around 90 minutes from wash, mask, massage (shoulder, feet and hands), steam or may I say fog since it doesn't feel hot, and then wash with conditioner on the tips of the hair. During wash, the chair are equipped with a massaging rotating thingy. It was so comfortable and I think that was almost the highlight of my ritual :D

After the whole treatment is finished, I changed back to my clothes and told to went down stair for hair drying and styling.

Since I want something new, I asks the staffs to give me some curls. Apparently, there's an addition to the price, it was kinda a confusing since I was told there wont be any additional fee, but during payment, there is. The staffs did not apologize, they are just insist that they said it wrong at first and additional fee existed. Hmm, perhaps other customer should ask numerous times to numerous staffs to make sure this thing doesn't happen again. It's just uncomfortable.

Since my hair have lacks of volume, the staff who did my hair did a great job in creating volume first and then curls them. I love the curls, they look like I was just having a perm.

A hairspray is added so the style can last a day. And my hair still smells so good from the ritual.

Overall,

It is a wonderful experience with the treatment, I wish the staff could have inform me the additional price and be consistent all the way to the end. Styling wise: Love it!! The space is big and the amenities is super fine. The room for Kerastase is beautiful and suitable for a relaxing day in the salon.

As a fan of Kerastase hair care system since they made my hair so soft and away from frizzy, these kind of treatments are fun and relaxing as well in the salon. I must say, up to this moment, Kerastase has the best ritual in Indonesia in terms of treatments. The massaging technique, products used and environment at the salon is simply addictive.

Fusio Dose is launched in 2011 and pretty much gain success since it show immediate results, and when used regularly the hair condition will improve.

My favorite is the orange one, similar to Oleo Relax, it made my hair calms and looks so good.

The event started pretty late, I arrived around 4.30 PM and the event finally started around 6.15 PM.

While waiting, all the guests can take pictures, read about the products and enjoy meals served by The Dharmawangsa, but I still wish the event could have started earlier so I can stay until the end.

The texture is like a cream, the aroma of the collection is all similar, a bit like oceanic musk, almost like conditioner, used on wet hair and only for the hair (avoiding scalp). Rinse well after 1-3 minutes. Mine is for severely damaged hair (3-4) since I constantly bleached and processed my hair (sorry).

Step 2, after rinsing the primer off the hair. Use the Balm in Shampoo for the scalp and hair. On wet hair, apply the gel (after being lathered on the palm with a bit of water) on the scalp and hair. Massage everything well and enjoy the soft and gentle lather on the hair and scalp. The primer already protecting the hair, so the hair feels soft and protected from the friction made during lathering.

I find it best to comb the hair before going into the shower and turns out that it helps the hair a lot. During shampooing usually the hair becomes a mess, taut and easily break. Using the primer does helps a lot, it made the hair tangle free and I can feel their become stronger and especially more flexible during shampooing.

Since the shampoo comes in a balm consistency, it took me around half of the normal size (of other shampoo). They lather really well and the scalp and hair feels clean without that squeaky dryness that actually bad for the hair.

Since I have oily scalp, I need to wash the hair on daily basis. Using the balm in shampoo is perfect for my hair, but my scalp need one that tackle the oiliness, so sometime, I use a shampoo for oily scalp on my scalp only and clean the rest of the hair using Kerastase Resistance Therapiste Balm in Shampoo.

The product comes in a pot (like any other masks from Kerastase, and each pot has their own home made out of boxes. The box is filled with details on each side, do read before usage.

Open and see the inside, the pot has a lid to help them stays inside and doesn't spill.

The cream is white and dense, perhaps this is one of the most dense mask from Kerastase.

It's thick and satisfying, I can use it on my wet damp hair (after shampooing) and see that the mask actually sticks on the part of the hair that being damaged. It stays there for the whole 5 minutes and when rinsed, I can feel that each strand of hair becomes fuller, like the coarse part has been sealed with goodness. The volume, body and strength of the hair kinda like brand new, like touching a virgin hair that hasn't been damaged by anything.

Thick, full of life and so soft.

After the hair being pampered by the mask, where the hair strands deeply restored, now, a conditioner is used. Ciment Anti Usure is not a new product, actually it is from the previous collection. For me, it help seal the deal, the last layer, the one that completed my routine so the hair not just being taken care of within, but outside as well. From external daily aggressor such as hot tools, sun, wind and anything that we do on daily basis.

The conditioner help strengthen the hair follicle too and beside the conditioner, there's a leave in conditioner too that smells so fruity fresh, different from the Resistance Therapiste that speaks musk, oceanic breeze and deep scents from the sea.

The hair doesn't look so coarse and 'thin' anymore, like literally pampered and fills with goodness, the differences is obvious, the hair feels elastic again, seriously plumped, doesn't feel dry like before and away from being fragile. I even gain confident to bleach my hair once again (haha!).

I'll definitely continue using these babies and help my hair getting it's core strength more and more each day, and of course become healthily strong once again.

I've been using Serum Jeunesse for a few days now and I really love the simplicity of the product. It is like a tonic for the hair that comes in a spray container, it made application so much easier and help to reduce the possibility of using too much product (which of course can lead to greasy scalp and limp hair). The key is to use just enough and depends on the hair length itself.

On me, I use around 4-5 sprays by dividing my hairs ehm scalp area into 4-5 sections. Then for the hair, 2 sprays is enough from the outer side to the inner side. The aroma of the serum is like a fresh floral and I can even use it as hair perfume, delightful and comfortable.

The serum on the scalp feels like water, so far I didn't experience any discomfort from using the product. No redness, itchiness, oily feeling nor allergic reaction.

Would I keep on using the formula?

Kerastase 42 Days Hair Regrowth Challenge Completed

Hello all,

Finally after 6 weeks of being diligent with all the products need to be used by Kerastase, from the shampoo, a Bain Stimuliste (GL), just send to me to replace Bain Prevention which I used completely. Aminexil Force R (in tiny bottles for single usage) and Initialiste (a serum for the hair, used on the scalp like tonic and help the new growth hair to be thicker and healthier).

Actually, each weekend they recommend me to have the treatment at any salon that collaborate with Kerastase, but unfortunately I've been very busy every single weekend during this period, hence the result is mainly from the products used at home.

The top part where there seems an opening since the hair is scarce, has now covered with hairs. Within 6 weeks I can see the visible result of the newly growing hair where it covers every part of the scalp nicely. Of course the result may vary from person to person but generally, I would still recommend anyone to at least try them and use it routinely, every single day, and after 42 days, you may continue the program or stop, is completely up to you. I think if I continue, the hair will grow more and more.

Kerastase 42 Days Hair Loss Program Week 3

Hello lovelies,

this is my third week doing the program with Kerastase and I'm happy to say that I'm diligent enough to do the whole thing every single day. Even thou' I've visited salon for a hair cut, go to hotels and so on, I bring them everywhere. When in salon, I ask them to wash my hair with the shampoo I brought and help me using the rest of the products as well.

How do I feel right now? I'm happy. The Aminexil Force R and Initialiste doesn't make my scalp oily nor greasy, I still do need to wash the scalp and hair daily but usually other product will made them greasier, these don't.

The shampoo works well and so does the Aminexil Force R and Initialiste, the people at the salons said that they see many tiny little hairs growing, I hope it's a sign of a good thing which means more hair visible hair growth.

Now, why am I in salon? For a hair cut, it's been super duper hot and the ends of my hairs are getting dryer and dryer since I can't stop coloring. Maintaining a damage hair is not easy, especially when I'm focusing on hair growth, so, I choose to let some go, so the new ones can get more nutrition and the scalp (root) can pay more attention to the new ones (hopes that make sense).

As usual, each usage need one full bottle without skipping a single drop. Massage the scalp a bit before continue to Initialiste. Dry the hair and style like usual.

I opt for a medium length hair style with tons of layers that adds volume to my hair. Glad to say that the cut and the Kerastase program help decreasing the number of hair fall by far.

Since hair fall can happen from the roots or from the breakage (or both), we need to see where problem from, if its from the root then the scalp would need special attention, if it is breakage then the hair need those attention. Different cause of problem need different solution and products.

Kerastase 42 Days Hair Loss Program provide nourishment to the scalp so the fibre become stronger, it is also help improving hair density. The shampoo acts as a cleanser and prep the scalp before treatment while Initialiste gives nourishment so the new growing hair become much more stronger and in better quality.
