Queeny Aura Bod Lotion SPF 50 PA +++

Hello lovelies,

This is the last of Muku Group products sent to me from last year.

It's Queeny Aura, a body lotion that does so much more, with high SPF power and it's instant whitening effect.

With UVA and UVB Protection, the body lotion conceal wrinkles, spots and other imperfection on the body. One more thing, it is waterproof too, so it is usable when we go on swimming during the day. A lot of sun screen on the market are usually doesn't stand a change against the water, this one pretty tough.

Apply the pinkist white lotion all over the body around 15 minutes before exposing them to the sun, the lotion is kinda thick and creamy too but doesn't feels heavy. I need to time to apply it since it is thick but it's kinda like applying base makeup for the body, it felt powdery as well.

The scent is mild and the differences are seen instantly upon using the lotion.

As the image shown below, the skin appear fairer, poreless, and like using a pantyhose or edited with a soft focus. I think this lotion is a BB Cream for the body.

Aside from it's sun protecting ability, the lotion can be used prior to wedding or photo-shoot so you'll get that bride-like effortless beauty with a fair and smooth skin appearance. Just add some body powder for a much softer focus effect and velvet, silky, plus powdery look.

Croc Oil Cream

Hello everyone,

this is Crocodile Cream. It's unorthodox alright but seems like traditionally made products are on the rise lately. In Japan horse oil is very famous like cactus in Mexico, Korean with their snail slugs, now in Thailand, they also use Crocodile Oil for treatments on the surface of the skin.

I couldn't find anything on their website (Muku Group) related to the product, so the details on the packaging alone will be my guide. The ingredients mentioned are crocodylidae, niacinamide, tocophery acetate and shea butter.

Crocodylidae means crocodile, and I presume it's their oils that was been used.
Niacinamine means vitamin B3 for anti aging.
Tocopheryl Acetate means vitamin E
and Shea butter, a well known ingredients used in the cosmetic industry.

So there's really nothing to it, aside from the crocodile oil.

I'm trying them everywhere I can, on my driest part (heels) where it is chapped and desperately need help. On my scar, wounds post surgery and even add it a bit on my daily lotion for an overall experience.

The texture of the oil itself is like any other cream, doesn't have any distinct smell nor feel gamy. It's a relieve haha!

And the immediate effect is the moisturizing effect, I don't really see any healing abilities for the past two weeks, perhaps since I'm not really having an immediate post surgery scars. Most of the scars are already taken care of years ago.

Overall, it's a product that have heritage and beliefs from the people in Thailand. Some must have experience significant benefits hence this product is made, but for me personally, I'm just experiencing it's hydrating ability and 'heal' my dry skin even on the driest part. Of course, like any other skincare, a daily routine application is needed and not an instant gratification. Although, a mild relieving effects are felt right after on the very dry skin.

So far, I didn't experience any discomfort, sensitivity nor allergic reaction using the product.

Muku Salmon Bright Facial Cream

Hello lovelies,

this is a product from Muku called Salmon Bright Facial Cream. Muku itself is a brand from Thailand, and seems like they are making their way to Indonesia.

They also have some other items but I think their highlight is Salmon Bright Facial Cream.

The product itself looks pretty neat, the design of the exterior and the jar was made with the new concept. It kept everything inside hygienic and like a pump bottle, it's just it comes in a jar-like form.

The product is a creamy gel in milky blue color and smells really good. I'm pretty sure it was scented.

The product easily used and doesn't feel sticky nor greasy on the skin, like at all. So for those with normal to even oily skin would not need to be worry since it is just so light. Those who are having dry skin like me and sensitive too, might need to add a hydrating serum for added moisture.

So, I'm using the cream after cleansing, toner and hydrating serum and as a day cream.

But, what does this cream actually do?

Pretty much amazing, right?! Like everything in a go, from anti wrinkle, radiance, firmness, rejuvenation and brightening too. So, as you can see, it's not really a hydrating product, so do add another product to help with hydration, especially for those with dry skin.

And yes, I do feel and see the firming action and rejuvenation effect. It gives my skin that nice touch of lifting, perfect when I want a light moisturizer right before makeup. The product does works well on the surface and it made the skin appears better, like younger and brighter too. No wonder that the product is a hit in social medias, like a lot of Thai's beauty enthusiasts are raving it.

The Royal Jelly Honey Wax

I guess nowadays women like to wax more than before. I guess when I'm still a teen, shaving is like the 'it' thing. Now, since wax are 'considered' better, people tend to wax. It felt cleaner and doesn't damage the skin as much as shaving. Shaving also known to make the skin darker when done routinely.

Wax can be done at the salons or at home. There are many types of wax nowadays and these stripes from Muku Group are one of the type of wax that are easy to be used and perfect when you have to do it by yourself without the mess usually created by the liquid one.

Each pack contain 3 pairs of stripes and 2 after wax treatment.

They look pretty easy, right?! But when I'm using it, heating them up took a while, so I'm using my heater to help 'melts' the wax.

And then, it'll easily separated and not sticks like glue anymore.

Put the sheet on a clean and dry skin, let them sticks and have time to grab the hairs first, before pulling them off in one quick movement.

As seen, the sheet is pretty big, hence 3 of them should be enough for my whole leg. One sheet can be repeatedly used until they'll stick no more.

It turns out to be working quite well. I don't have a lot of hairs on my leg and the ones that I have also pretty fine still visible and as I doubting the effectiveness the sheet does pulls out those hair in a single grasp.

And I can still use it again, around 2-3 times per sheet before it looses it ability to pull the hairs.

The legs are cleaned now and there aren't much wax residue as other types of wax do, so it is easily cleaned, especially using the wipes given.

Within a single wiping action it does help taking off the wax on the skin and made them super slippery, feels oily and the scent is different with the wax. The wax has a sweet honey scent and the treatment sheet is a bit like a milky oily lotion with comforting scent.

The skin looks so clear with no hair and the wipes made them look so silky too. Look at my legs, they appear so smooth now after the treatment.

As usual, avoid warm or hot water during shower and bath time for at least 48 hours after the wax. Avoid direct sunlight as well and swimming if possible.

Seems like it contains a lot of spf and the body lotion looks like it has whitening properties as well.

This is The Royal Jelly Honey Wax and the bee look super cute. Like irresistibly cute.

Each container consist of 3 stripes that can be peeled open into 6 patches and 2 finishing wipes for after waxing. It is said to help removing wax residue.

Seems like this particular product received a lot of attention on the social media. Perhaps this is the highlight of the brand. The container is new and I love it. Nowadays all pot/jar container has like this pump made for order container for a fresh batch every single dose.

The product is like a creamy gel that is blue in color. Fragrant too.

Last is Croc Oil, which I can't find the details on their website.

It is said to contain shea butter and crocodile oil. Wow, I've known snail secretion, horse oil, and now horse oil.

The product comes in a tube, white creamy texture and a bit like light oil gel too. Easy to be absorb by the skin.

This is my current favorite body cream, I used to avoided every body cream since it usually very sticky, but this one doesn't.

And the creamy formula helps my dry skin stays moist, usually on my legs. Now it stays moist longer than lotion (of course) but without the greasy and other unwanted effect. Best of all, the delicious mandarin orange scent that lingers for hours.

Conclusion?

A must try product with wonderful fresh sweet citrus scent, not sticky creamy formula that suits dry skin type, and doesn't contain harsh chemical like paraben.

After reading all of it and finding out the ingredients which doesn't include paraben and sls or other stuff that might causes problems, I'm ready to try it on my skin.

The packaging is cute and all in bright pink and whites. Apparently it was quite small too, a jar is at 15 ml.

The Gem Fruit Pudding Cream is a day and night moisturizer while the Lotus Sparkling Mask is an overnight sleeping mask or it can replace the night cream. The one that really interest me at first sight is the Pudding Cream, come on, it's pudding ^__^ I love eating them as much as I like my skincare to have the texture like pudding.When used the Pudding Cream is actually more like a paste in terms of texture.

Unlike the Pudding Cream, the Lotus Sparkling Mask is a much lighter form when first look at, it has a creamy lotion texture like any other 'normal' skincare does. One thing that I also noticed is that the Pudding Cream smells like a fruity musk and sweet like milky vanilla, while the Lotus Sparkling Mask is light a light floral, and yes, it's Lotus flower.

I'm using the Lotus Sparkling Mask while writing the review now, I really enjoy the fresh hydration it brings, the skin become cooler and comfortable. I know that some sleeping mask ca be quite sticky and feel thick on the skin, Lotus Sparkling Mask feels nice, it may feels greasy when apply it thickly on the skin but when massage in, those feeling disappears and the product just penetrate into the skin without any uncomfortable leftovers.

The pale orange on the left is Lotus Sparkling Mask and the right side with a color like grapefruit is the Gem Fruit Pudding Cream. Below are the products on my hand.

Gem Fruit Pudding Cream feels more velvety while the Lotus Sparkling Mask is more slippery. The Mask provide more hydration (probably to last overnight) while the Pudding Cream is enough for a half day. I immediately feel in love with Gem Fruit Pudding Cream' texture for being so dissolve-able. It's like the skin accept them really well in a matter of seconds. This is a suitable moisturizer for daily use in a hot and humid climate like in Jakarta. Nobody like a thick and too rich moisturizer that feels greasy and oily on the skin. Most of Indonesian even have normal to oily skin type. Those people will look for a product that gives the skin moisture and suppleness without the greasy effect.

Overall,

Both of the products smells really good. One in a musk area and the other in the floral zone. Both work well as described by the brand.Comforting, hydrating and feels good on the skin. Gem Fruit Pudding Cream has a nice velvety texture on the skin and gives enough moisture for us who leaves near the equator. And the Lotus Sparkling Mask provide an overnight hydration for the user to wake up with a supple and moist bouncy skin.
