Covermark Moisture Veil Creamy Liquid in Three Shades

using makeup nowadays could be a bit tricky and comes in so many texture. From powders, creams, lotions, hard powders, stick cream, gel, gel-cream, and everything that lies on the makeup world. Some might work when we combined them together, some doesn't. From crumbling, noodling, create mess to residue that is really not fun to be seen, there's always tricks we could do in shading, contouring, and highlighting.

By using three different shades of the same product, we can create that perfect contouring without worrying each texture wont be in sync. They' sing in perfect harmony by using it on areas that we want.

Highlights by using a shade that one or two level lighter than the skin tone, and contouring by using 2 shades darker than the skin.

Highlights are usually under the eyes, nose bridge, mid part of the chin and shading are on the sides of the nose for the illusion of a sharper nose, under the cheekbone for a slimmer face, on the bone structure of the jaw, outer sides of the forehead and so on.

And on the rest of the area, use the shade that matches the skin tone.

Use a sponge or your hand, but during application, somehow I prefer using a brush or spoon brush, it helps me getting those thin lines especially on the nose.

Using Moisture Veil Creamy Liquid I'm using MN00 for highlight and MN40 for shading. My skin tone is at MN10.

As seen below, the far left is MN00 which is the lightest, MN10 in between, and where the shade is not too far different than MN00.

And here's the result of using them altogether and after blending and color makeup. The foundation blends well one to another and doesn't have any problem with each other since they have same consistency. Hence the gradation made is mild and appear natural. For me this is the perfect merit between the shades which made my makeup appear three dimensional.

The details on the website, packaging and everything in between is detailed and well informed. I feel that everything is prepared very well and like most Japanese products that comes with high quality, it's all there and ready to be used.

There's the ingredients too, from the first to the last, and see clearly, the bottom part of the details they also put the expired date clearly.

The product can be used using fingers, sponge, brush, or any makeup tools you have or feel comfortable with, but the key is on the skin. When using finger, it helps loosen the product with the warmth of our skin and create that kind of magic where the product is like spread elastically onto the skin, giving them a smooth surface for makeup to begin with.

There's this consistency that I like about the Clear Base, it is like rubbery, in a sense that it stretches. My skin become prepared with the water resisting ability that made makeup last. The sun protecting agent that covers my skin from the sun, the ingredients that pampering the skin, making them soft, healthier and in better condition than before.

Covermark Night Aqua Last

this is Covermark Night Aqua Last.

Details on ingredients and how to use is written on the box, the product itself is pretty simple in instruction, it's kinda like a sleeping mask.

At night time, clean the skin like usual and use any skincare routine you normally do, from toning serum to even moisturizer. You may or many not skip the moisturizer is up to you, Night Aqua Last is a hydration booster, hence it can be used with any other  product, the key essence of using the lovely yellowish gel is promote moist and hydrated skin.

It has a mild natural scent, and the gel texture is gooey and a bit slimy. It melts on the skin like liquid jelly and easily spread on the skin to become transparent and there's this radiant glow instantly on the skin.

It is a bit sticky at first but after around 10-15 minutes the surface of the skin like being covered in a thin gel film that keep the skin moist all night long. Waking up, the skin will look dewy, supple and very comfortable. This is the perfect sleeping mask for all skin type, including oily as it helps to retain moisture, so the skin doesn't have to over-produce the oils on the skin for being dehydrated.

Love it so much, I'm using it every night and my skin looks better and better each morning.

As I'm pretty familiar with Japanese products, I thought they would be faint and subtle, the focus are mainly to the shine, I was slightly mistaken, they are sparkly alright, but also comes in this beautiful colors and no fallout.

The products is so smooth, I really love the texture, silky and so beautiful. The tone on no.1 is natural but the glow itself made it perfect for any occasion including party.

this is a post for everyone that has dull skin or oily, or those who need extra care of skincare that help skin rejuvenation. It is exfoliating but in the softest way and doesn't involve flaking off nor redness.

So, the thing about emulsion is, it's a product that used after serum and before moisturizer. And it was advice to use a hydrating serum and moisturizer with this product as it helps moisten the skin during the process.

The white milky fluid feels a bit tingling on my sensitive skin. I can't use it too often, more like once a week or less frequent. If you happen to have very dull (or thick) skin, you can simply use it more often.

As the product soften the dead skin, removing them will be easier, so do not use any scrub, or other exfoliating product while using Skin Clear Emulsion.

COVERMARK Skin Clear Emulsion helps easing the dark spots, acne marks and help reducing the pore sizes too. The skin will eventually become smoother, spotless and feels so fine when touched. I love how soft the skin become. The skin also appear more moist, perhaps since other skincare used ,after the dead skin being removed, penetrate easier. I don't necessarily use the emulsion with other products from COVERMARK, but I'm using it with other brands, so far none of them clashed. Just made sure I'm not using anything that also exfoliate or peel the skin, so the emulsion can have a peaceful time softening the dead skin where then the dead skin will comes off on it's own time.

It has a subtle fragrant aroma that helps calming when used. I'm using it on a dry and dirty skin, makeup, sun protection, they all will be removed using the cleansing oil. Including waterproof makeup. Everything just breaks off, looking at my waterproof mascara being swept away by the cleansing oil, or all those foundation just being expel from the skin, like particles. Red luscious lipstick moved from the lips, it's like magic

The key is to massage the oil well on a dry skin, using a clean dry hands. Let the oil touches everything (eyes closed) and let them have time in each of the part, so after distribution, make sure that every part that contains makeup has a glimpse of the oil and massaged. Enjoy the massage and while doing so, feel all those makeup being removed. After making sure that they are off from the skin, add a bit of water and emulsify every part. Rinse everything off with clean water and look how all the makeup has been disappeared while the skin remains soft, supple and very comfortable.

Use a foaming facial wash to perfected the cleansing routine. Use only the dense foams which is looks like a fluffy marshmallow to help taking off any possible leftovers or for those who prefer a squeaky clean feeling.

For me, COVERMARK Treatment Cleansing Oil is a sweet ending after a day using makeup. It is so easy to be used while in the shower, so before I touches everything else, even water, I use it first. When everything is still dry, it removes, cleanses and help my skin to stay moist during a warm shower. Afterwards, my skin doesn't feel taut nor dry. These areas on the upper cheeks can be easily irritated, so far, using the Treatment Cleansing Oil, those areas are never feel bothered, they stayed happy and calm.

The product comes in a luxurious golden sparkly plastic bottle that looks like a glass. It comes in a pumped container and everything works well. Each pumps deliver a smooth white creamy gel like texture and smells a bit like citrus.

I'm using the product after cleaning the skin and after toner. The serum glide on the skin nicely and making them moist and the feeling is comfortable. It felt rich but not greasy nor sticky, like it has a good nourishing ingredients for the skin that made the skin plump and supple.

Powder Cleanser rich mixture of amino acids and mild. Skin Wash dirt cleanly Give your skin a radiant skin.

1. The combination of protein A trap dead skin cells, and has a solid surface to peel off the rose. Moisturise and smooth the skin.

2. Facial with natural ingredients. (Moisturizing ingredients) contained in the "Skincare Capsule" yellow pigment soon feel after cleansing the skin.

3. The powder was used as a powder resistant to moisture. Even in a room with humidity. Powder was not clot. Keep powder Trust in use until the final.

Most of the details are written in Japanese, but there is a pamphlet given that share everything we need to know about the product, and the ingredients listed on the box also written clearly.

And why do I love the product?

Here's why.

Since I was around 17 or something like that, I already love using skincare and cleansing is one of the thing which I think a must. Back then there's this product from Japan (not COVERMARK) that launches a cleansing powder. It's a foaming facial wash that contain enzyme and it cleans the skin really well. Since then around a decade later I found another Japanese brand that also have the similar method of cleansing but never available in Indonesia. Now, COVERMARK introduce me once again to the cleansing formula that I love. I'm not saying that they are all the same nor identical, but similar.

The product comes in this white powder, kinda like detergent :D it has that white and slightly dense powder which when touches by water, they'll turn slippery and soapy like with bubbles too.

Look how cute they are. And yes, it was made to help deep cleanse the skin without being too much. The result is rather squeaky but in a way that it help removing dead skin cells.

I'm not a fan of anything that over-exfoliate the skin and this one as well, it doesn't over-exfoliate, but do the job really well. The skin feels clean, the pores breaths easily, and so fresh.

They lathers up fine, the tiny bubbles feels so good on the wet skin. They doesn't cleans makeup, so do remove the makeup first and then followed by Clear Wash, on my dry skin, I'm using it like once a week, but those with oily/dull skin can do it more often.

On the wet skin, massage the skin with the bubbles using the gentles touch. The formula will work without the need of using force.

One of COVERMARK's staff gave me a tips, it can be used like a 'mask' too. After massaging with the bubbles, let them dried up a bit and then massage the skin again to let the dead skin off with the 'dried bubble's and then rinse everything off. The skin will feel ultra clean.

It's a feeling like I've just gone through a chemical peel in an expensive beauty clinic. After the skin is dry, I'm using the softener/lotion toner, serum, eye care and moisturizer, it's like everything is absorbed much, much better than before. The skin appear so soft and smooth. Since the dead skin has been removed, the skin appear so radiant and the glow is just so pretty.

Makeup used afterwards also appear to be more flawless and no flaky skin that comes off. I was amazed by the result.

I can confidently took a close up photos after using the product.
