I could not belief I haven't made a blog post for these babies, I've been using it for more than a month now, I guess nowadays making video is much more fun. Nevertheless, there's things that only a blog post can do, explain in words with so many little details possible. Be prepare to see ambush of ingredients and everything in between.

There's three products I happen to have from the PureSwiss collection, the thermal spring water spray, lotion and milky cleanser.

Here's the details for the spray.

I love the fine spray and it does have a bit of a sting for the first user, I read it on some reviews too and it does goes away after a few days, like either the skin getting used to it or I don't know, it just do.

I'm usually using the spray to prep the skin after cleansing, before skincare, before mask, before makeup, after makeup, whenever I need a humidity, before bed, for the kids and adult alike, it's just for everything, I love using it for any reason possible.

PureSWISS Hydracalm Caring Milk Cleanser. A unique product that acts as a cleanser but without the problems usually created by cleanser, neat right?!

It comes in a tube, hooray for hygiene point. Just twist the cap open and squeeze the milky formula out from the container on a clean hand (always clean your face using clean fingers and hand all over please, we don't want to transfer any germs) and massage the skin gently, on a dry skin, where all the makeup are, and it will clean them gently but on some part, a gently rub using cotton pad also helps removing the makeup.

A rinse off sulfate-free milk cleanser that effectively removes impurities while maintaining skin moisture levels. It helps to calm the sensitized skin caused by environmental aggression. Skin feels clean, moisturized & soft.

Most mass produce, budget friendly cleanser that said to be foaming product contain sulfate that actually will irritate the skin in the long run or for sensitive skin, from the first usage. Now, this cleanser actually said to calm sensitized skin caused by environmental aggression, that's really good, right?! Not just it cleans the skin but calming too.

Now, does it really cleans the skin? Many gentle and kind products doesn't really works in cleansing the skin thoroughly, like those hard core waterproof makeup? They stick like glue and harden too.

I was doubt, like really doubting the ability to clean it really well, like perhaps they'll still something that sticks on the surface.

So I just apply on the surface, let it sit for a 10 seconds or so, like given them a chance to break some particles. Before massaging the skin to help easing everything.

And I witness something that I don't think possible, cleans all the waterproof makeup beautifully. Like all the matte lip cream, eyeliner, mascara, and all that thick foundation can be lift up effortlessly. I do need a help from cotton pad to help with the skin, and rinsing it off is needed too, since after all it is a rinse off product, so do rinse everything with water before proceeding with foaming facial wash (that is safe from sulfate) to clean any residue or help with double cleansing.

  The clear thick watery that almost look like a gel, is transparent and really hydrating the skin. I was thinking whether I need a serum or not after using the lotion. It's really fulfilling, my skin like the sensation of hydration it brings, it is light and comfortable. Using a cream or serum first before cream wont be a problem, I'm using a lifting serum and cream afterwards since it's moisturizing enough from the first step. And after using the lotion, the skin is supple and well off than before.
  
  So, do I recommend the products? Yes, for dry skin or everyone who want to start using skincare and don't know which one to start, this is the best variant for everyone.
  
  
  

SkinFood Aqua Grape Bounce

Skin Food is one of my favorite brand from Korea thanks to their philosophy. I've collected some of their products and inspired by how they keep adding new series, one of the newest skincare are Aqua Grape Bounce (like the name could go any better).

I'm thinking of getting the full collection, but looking at my stocks at home, I think I'll take the serum and moisturizer first, they also handed me the rest of the series in travel size. Shopping in Korea will make you feel loved, they like giving so many freebies, it's a rewarding experience. I remember shopping in Olive Young and the staff just randomly pick out some full size goods from the counter and said, "this is for you" while putting it inside my plastic bag, I'm super duper happy :D

Mist Toner:

Aqua grape extract to quickly hydrate dry summer skin and misty lotion made of deep ocean water from Ulrun Island. Mist of fine fog, moisture charge uniformly throughout the skin.

How to use

After washing the face, please close your eyes and spray it, please let me gently rub it with your palm so as to press gently.

Serum:

How to use

Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand, paint it like wrapping your face, please gently gently put it for 10 seconds or more. Cream:

While being a light feeling, at the moment of painting, it makes you feel the skin density rises much, gel cream. For day when you feel rough skin or discomfort, concentrate treatment can be done by packing plenty of usual double amounts and packing it. Since the moisture is easy to escape and easy to dry, it is recommended to cool it in a refrigerator and use it as a cool down mask.

How to use

What else made me happy, these skincare! It's ambushed with hydration, mineral waters and the texture is sooooooo good.The mist and the lotion is light and very much comfortable, creating this perfect ambiance on my skin, damp and supple so the next item can be taken easily, it's the serum. The one that comes in jelly like consistency and create the bouncy effect on the skin, a moist mochy like and dewy.

They all smells so refreshingly good, like a fresh grape like fruits. Slightly sweet in scent and aqua. It's delightful and addicting at the same time. I can see why Korean love their skincare, they plays a lot with texture, scent, and of course, the effect of using them. There's this lovely glow and the skin appear happier.

The moisturizing energy of 20% sea grape extract and 40% deep sea water from Ulleungdo. Dense moisture and antioxidant firming energy found in the sea immediately moisturize dry skin without vitality and keep it healthy and firm.​

Dispense Bubble Serum on your palms. Gently cover your face with your hands to apply the product. Lightly pat for 10 seconds or more to burst bubbles and let them absorb into skin.

And do I love those bubbles.

My skin is considerably dry, but anyone can use the serum and the moisturizer too since they don't have any greasy nor oily after effect, after being nicely absorbed the skin feels soft and not sticky.

The serum is smeared on the image above and the moisturizer on the image below. One is a clear gel and the other is a creamy white gel cream moisturizer. Both works together creating hydrating harmony for my skin to enjoy throughout the day.

To maximize the cooling sensation, it's recommended to use the product with Silicone Pack Brush, to avoid heating the product unnecessarily with your hands.

So I do recommend putting them inside the fridge for that extra cooling and gives the cream a safe place to stay since cool is the key in preserving the products.

Every day, I spent most of my time indoor under aircon, so my skin is facing dry air continuously. Since my skin is already dry, it need protection and these product give it to me in a right dosage. Firm, elasticity and vitality is visible when using them from the first usage and all the way routinely day by day. When the skin is properly hydrated, they look fresh and alive. And I'm definitely comfortable too.

I would surely continue using them on my daily basis, perfect as a day time skincare as they keep me looking freshly hydrated without looking oily. The radiance and dewy skin is spot on, I feel confident and calm as Aqua Grape Bounce kept my skin healthily moist.

Actually, I heard about Hatomugi the first time was in Indonesia, I'm meeting several people who works at Aeon and they told me about this amazing beauty product called Hatomugi Skin Conditioner. As wonderful as the benefits of using the product, it is important to know how to use it well.

There's so many ways of using Hatomugi Skin Conditioner, it's a very easy and practical product, the key is to let the watery content have time to be soaked by the skin, 3-5 minutes is more than enough for that plump, moist and supple skin.

What's great about Hatomugi Skin Conditioner is that they provide moisture to the level where it provide hydration without being oily nor any grease felt. So the product is definitely suitable for all skin type, even the oiliest one.

Now, as I mentioned earlier, there's several ways in using the products, here's number one, with your hands, just pour some of the liquid onto the palm, around half the palm and close the palms together before pressing them onto the face. Start from both cheeks, forehead and chin and then repeat for maximum absorption.

The second method, which is my favorite also, is using a face mask. I got mine from a beauty shop, they shaped like a round tablet. This dried mask which need to be moisten, drop some liquid onto the 'tablet' and they'll immediately expand and release it's true form, keep dripping some liquid until the mask completely unfold, they'll be pretty damp and ready to be used. I can simply add more if I want the mask to contain more liquid.

I love to use Hatomugi Skin Conditioner on a clean skin right after taking a shower, when the skin is till moist and really clean from the shower, usually the skin still very soft and can take the moisture better. I sit back and relax, enjoying the mask for around 3-5 minutes and took them off.

The skin feel moist and supple and it stays that way without being greasy nor oily until the next shower time or at least the half day for me. My t-zone is rather oily where the cheeks are awfully dry, the product works wonders on both side of my skin. It made the oily parts hydrated hence it stays good without the overcompensating oils and the cheeks stays happy and moist, so it helps balancing the skin conditioning right from the beginning.

I'm still using my usual serums after the skin conditioner and before moisturizer, oil base for my cheeks and water based for my tzone, Hatomugi Skin Conditioner seems to be perfecting my skincare.

The third way is using a cotton pad, similar to the dried mask, just drip some skin conditioner on the pads and let them soak the liquid, until they are damp or more to the transparent, they are ready to be used on the skin. Let them stick well on the skin well on any sides you want them to be.

During my period, my chin usually has several acne and it is bothering me due to the hormonal imbalance, but nowadays, with Hatomugi Skin Conditioner, they seems to be gone faster than the usual 5-6 days.

One more thing, put the liquid inside a spray bottle, and spray them anytime. As a toner, as a freshener during the day, or whenever the skin needs a perk up. And it literately can be used on any part of the body, for the skin when it needs a cool off, or for the hair too, it works great when it's need moisture. I imagine using it on the plane and it would relieves me for sure from many discomforts from dryness. Just make sure you put into a small container less than 100 ml.

Here's my naked skin looking happy and supple. It felt so good to be comfortable at my own skin. It is the most amazing feeling, it add confident and boost self esteem to feel the love for ourselves, because, if we don't, who else, it has to start from oneself.

Skin is Your Envelope with Cetaphil

Last week, Cetaphil invited medias and beauty bloggers for a day to remember and celebrate your skin.

Cetaphil itself has been part of my family for years and we love their products as it can be used by anyone in the family. Those who owns very sensitive skin can still enjoy the products without any worries or concerns.

The event was held in Avec Moi, a restaurant in the middle of Jakarta. Hosted by celebrity and dermatologist  who speaks about the importance of our skin and how to care for them on daily basis.

Representative from Cetaphil also speaks how Cetaphil works and what does it do on our skin.

Dr. Edwin Tanihaha, SpKK, shares that skin is our largest organ that have to go through many things on daily basis. From pollution, UV rays, germs, frictions, radiation, Air conditioner, heat, weather to anything that touches the skin. They protects us and at the same time, they need protection too.

I'm back with another lotion from Aveeno, what can I say, I'm a big sucker for Aveeno. They have these lovely products that actually kind enough for my dry skin.

I easily get eczema lately, seems like my skin is getting worst. I love lotions, I have tons at home from drug store brands to the perfumed ones all the way to the sensitive items. Now, I can only use the products for sensitive skin, sometimes, for ultra sensitive skin.

As written on the details and at the packaging, it is my skin's savior. It really helps my skin becomes soft, smooth and finally has freedom from nasty eczema. It is sometime itchy, like a dried wound, and it doesn't look pretty either. It bothers me so much since it means I can't just use any body lotion that I like. There's so many out there that looks irresistible, smells good and comes in pretty packaging. But I can't really use them thanks to my skin's condition. I don't know whether it is a temporary condition or permanent, but for now, the health of my skin has become a priority and using products such as Aveeno does helps.

I'm using the lovely white creamy lotion twice a day on daily basis after a shower. It easily glide on the skin and doesn't feel greasy nor oily. Comfortable and pleasant all the way everyday. It doesn't have any distinct scent, like even almost none.

The skin feels like there's a thin film protecting the skin from dryness, feels moist but still transparent and light. I don't know about staying 24 hour on the skin since I still have to use it twice a day due to my skin's very dry condition.

Overall,

a superb option for my dry and sensitive skin, it calms, relaxed and gives me comfort. My skin appears healthier and gradually the eczema are healing and disappearing one by one.
