year 2015 is almost over, it's been a really fast one for me, feel's like I just gave birth to my second one and now she is almost two years old. I guess it goes well with the sayings of time flies when you're having fun, I sure do have plenty of fun in 2015.

Now, at the last month of the year, Sociolla sent me their Beauty Box, a curated items that varied from skincare, perfume, makeup and body too.

I find my favorite in L'Occitane Pamplemousse Rhubarbe Shower Gel. It was soft, delicious, citrus, sweet and wonderful to be used daily. It cleanses without making the skin dry. I'm in love with the scent and sending me one making me wanting the whole set.

The next item is an eyeliner from Prestige Cosmetics which doesn't stay long on my eye lines, in facts, it was pretty much making a mess with smudges.

And there's also Laneige Water bank Essence, Bioderma Sensibio H20, one of GlamGlow Mask, and a perfume from Acca Kappa that smells wonderfully floral with a touch of musk and freshness from the hint of fruits. Perfect as a sample but not enough for a perfume addict like me. I guess Sociolla give people enough to tease them and buying the real thing.

I always want to try Cow Style Milky Soap since the first time I saw them on social media, they look so good. I want to try all of their variant and I guess this one would be my first. The floral scent is unlike other floral 'theme' body soap I've tried, this one is milky, sure is have that relaxing comforts that are gentle to our senses, including the foam.

There's a lot of products in the market nowadays that using 'cheap' ingredients and using faster process. These methods are sacrificing our skin, they'll take all the necessary moisture and suppleness on our skin. Causing them to feel taut, very dry and in the end irritation easily occurred.

Cow Style Milky Body Soap feels good when used by the whole family, it doesn't create a dry skin, just a clean, fragrant skin afterwards. I can use it with my hands, sponge, or clothe, pretty much just about anything and seems like everyone in the family also enjoying using the soap.

I've also tried many products that are safe for the skin, doesn't contain harmful ingredients, made from natural botanical cleansing agent, but usually they all have this one common, doesn't lather well and doesn't really clean the skin.

Juara Tiare Jasmine Tea Bath & Shower Gel lathers really well and does cleaned the skin too, I found the lathers to be satisfying. The rich golden gel feels so good on the skin and pampering too. I can use a sponge, loofah, or simply my hands and oh, the aroma.

It smells divine! Like, so fragrant and this is for me what I remember as the scent of Indonesia. Jasmine, those white, small and pretty flowers, the ones that my mom used to grow on our yard, she loves flowers and jasmine is one of my favorite thanks to her. This is the scent that I want to have every bath time, it took me back to my childhood. And my bathroom is filled with the lovely aroma every time someone uses it, everyone in the family loving it.

Since the product doesn't contain harmful ingredients, the kids are welcome in using it too, they all become so fragrant after shower time ^__^ and I'm not worry, the skin still feel so soft and not dried out. We still need to use a body lotion afterwards but the skin within stays happy after shower.

Back in the old days, princesses and queens taking their bath time seriously, from milk bath, to using flowers is more than just decor or something mystical, it's pampering and they do believe that our skin need detoxing, nurture, care and nourishment start from the cleansing routine. The aromatic benefits also calms the nerves, hence the skin can release the toxins.

I guess it's time we take bath more seriously now and choose products that are good for the skin and mind too. Avoid using harmful chemicals and cleanser that made the skin feels taut and other discomfort.

Bath and Body Works Aspen Caramel Woods Shower Gel and Warm Vanilla Sugar Body Cream

Hello lovelies,

who doesn't love bath time, any one will definitely do. From female to now male too, kids and grown ups, we love bath time. It's no longer about cleansing but so much more. It is an experience that takes us out of this world daily routine, which can be stressful, bored and far from excitement.

Bath time on the other hand can be easily spiced up, these products for example, it made them so much sweeter.

The thick and luscious texture from both. The caramel like texture and color from the shower gel that lathers on easily and produces sweet scented aroma that last for the whole bath time and 1-2 hours after shower.

Made the skin clean but keeping them moist enough until we put on lotion. So there's no overly dry experience, more like comfortable from beginning to the end.

The scent itself is just wonderful, it's not like a very sweet but more like uniquely sweet and aromatic at the same time.

Same goes with Warm Vanilla Sugar Body Cream. The white cream is wonderful and perfect for my dry skin. It doesn't give my skin a greasy and oily residue, more like velvety smooth feeling.

Of course, the warm vanilla sugar scent that feels sweet and so comfortable. It's the kind of vanilla that I really like. It's so good.

And the scent last almost all day long, as long as the moisturizing effect.

This is definitely my favorite scent ... for now haha! As I love to change according to my moods.

The Soap Corner Bath Fizzies

hello everybody,

The Soap Corner sent me this bath fizzies months and months ago, I was told not to review the product on my blog since the shape is a bit messy, they are messy since The Soap Corner doesn't have enough time (yet, I'm asking her to make one for my daughter in the shape of a hello kitty) and they are indeed a bit fragile. I saw some on Martha Steward and it was delicate.

So why am I writing about them now, despite of their a bit out of figure shape, that doesn't take the function out of these babies.

What is inside this bath fizzies, nothing more than baking soda, epsom salt, olive oil, sugar and many more (including scents). Epsom salt is actually not a salt, it's a mineral compound that found in hot springs, not just any hot springs, these are the ones that has been well known to have benefits for our skin and body. Think about muscle ache, tiredness, etc.

These bath fizzies contain those ingredients so we can have our own 'hot spring' at home.

The fizz is not as much as I wanted them too, the kitties are pretty damp when I open the container, perhaps it is due to delivery during rainy weather (who knows?!)  but when put on the tub, it need a bit stirring for them to completely dissolve. Then slowly but sure, the water turns soft and slippery. It's like they literally become an 'onsen' my personal mildly scented strawberry onsen.

The skin does feel smoother and softer after soaking in it, some muscles become loosening and I'm really happy Erie (the owner of The Soap Corner) made these babies available in Indonesia now, as I usually buy tons of bath salt from trips to Japan.

Overall,
A great product with a wonderful ingredients that gives benefit to the skin and body, but I wish it contain more fizz. And perhaps someday when she made it for me, the scent increased by 200% (yes, she made this one mild as these are for my daughter).

Pure Smile Bath in Strawberry and Pearl

I love love love bath products, it's like they are the one who made daily routine to be exciting and fun. These Pure Smile Bath are some of the items my husband gave me during his trip to Japan. The varieties I have is in Strawberry and Pearl. Strawberry in this red packaging and the Pearl in blue, both has the word milky written on it.

Everything is written in Japanese, don't worry, it's very easy on how to use it, just pour them into the bath tub and soak in it.

With only 108 Yen per sachet the skin will become softer after soaking in it for around 15-30 minutes. The strawberry aroma is fun and fruity at the same time. One thing for sure, it made the water turns into a bright milky pink color.

Love the shocking pink as it made bath time so much fun, my daughter doesn't even want to leave her tub.

As the strawberry variant made the water turns pink, the Pearl made them blue.

Below is the powder before going into the tub. The pearl has a very fragrant aroma as well. I could not decide what it is but, it smells good, fresh and lovely.

Either the blue colored water or the ingredients in it, soaking in it makes my feels comfortable and calm. The skin feels nice and hydrated compared to the strawberry variant. 

Enjoying this two products made me want to try more variant from them ^__^

Overall,

These are the products made for bath time to be more fun, or a things to do less boring. As the salt help melts away aching muscle from a day's work the other properties like strawberry or pearl has added benefit. Either make the skin feels firmer, more moisturized or smells better.

soap & Glory Girligo Body Moisturizing Mist

it's been quite a week, I went through vertigo and for the rest of us there's a lot of drama regarding the presidential election process and what happen between Palestine and Israel. Well, let's just keep of praying and hope for the best shall we?! By not getting ourselves dwells in the black campaigns, rumors, or provocation, let's get the facts before sounding our opinions.

We all want peace, kindness and happiness. I can't say much about peace and kindness for you, but this one item may add a bit of happiness in your world.

It's a Body Moisturizing Mist by Soap & Glory that smells so good. It's a mixture of sweet fruits and lovely floral. Tempting, delicious, not overly sweet, a hint of citrus, a bit of musk, still fresh and very very juicy.

I use the product after every shower and all over the body, the skin gets that perfect lovely and smitten due to the scent and moisturizing effect from the light yet adequate supple effect on the skin. It even moist enough for the dry skin to be happy.

Unfortunately, this product still contain paraben (boooooooo), I hope they make one soon without paraben.

Below is the texture of the product when sprayed on the skin, looks really light, isn't it?!

Overall, I really like the idea of a spray body lotion, it makes daily routine feels more fun. The amazingly addictive scent smells sublime, like I'm in the middle of a fruit and floral garden in the late spring coming to summer. It made me feel good in wrapping myself in this scent... thinking of getting myself a perfume like this.
