how are you? Maaf ya aku keasyikan dengan Youtube sampai kadang update blognya jadi sebulan hanya beberapa kali, tahun ini akan lebih digiatkan hehe nah membuka tahun ini 2020, marilah kita makin bersemangat mengatasi masalah yang mungkin masih sama, kayak masalah ketombe hehe, jerawat di kulit kepala, dan sejenisnya.

Masalah seperti ini bukan hanya mengganggu secara keberadaan, namun jujur, menurut mereka yang mengalami, malu juga. Ketombe saat lagi berjatuhan di baju, leher, bahkan saat menggaruk. Untungnya aku tidak punya ketombe, tapi jerawat di kulit kepala pernah dan memang punya oily scalp juga bikin kepala terlihat greasy most of the time. Nah, mama dan adik aku punya masalah dengan ketombe.

Ketombe itu sendiri bisa karena kulit kepala berkerak, kering, jamur, atau masalah lain, jadi memang cukup complicated, nah kali ini Natur menawarkan solusi dengan kandungan alami tea tree oil yang memang memiliki anti bacterial properties yang baik untuk mengatasi bakteri.

Red Light Therapy in ERHA Clinic

seminggu yang lalu, aku berkunjung ke Erha21 Lippo Mall Puri untuk melakukan treatment Red Light Therapy di ERHA Clinic. Jadi pada tahun 2015 aku pernah mencoba treatment rambut untuk pertama kalinya di ERHA Clinic dan direkomendasikan oleh dokter untuk menggunakan shampoo, hair serum, scalp spray dan sebagainya. Lalu tahun lalu, aku kembali mem-post pengalaman aku menggunakan produk-produk yang dijual di ERHA Apothecary sebagai kelanjutan aku merawat kulit kepala dan rambut, karena memang fokus utama aku adalah pertumbuhan rambut yang lebih tebal dan kuat. Ruang tunggu di dalam ERHA cabang Lippo Mall Puri sangat nyaman dan aku rasa cukup lengkap. Selalu ada dokter yang standby serta alat-alat yang memadai. Setelah membuat janji, kita biasanya cukup menunggu sekitar 15 menit sebelum bertemu dengan dokter, hal ini tentunya cukup efisien bagi para klien yang cukup sibuk.

Saat aku masuk dalam ruangan, dokter dan staff sudah memiliki data aku dan mengetahui apa yang kurang lebih aku butuhkan. Namun pastinya untuk lebih teliti dalam mendiagnosa, dokterpun menganalisa kulit kepala aku. Ternyata ada masalah seperti sensitivitas dan kurangnya rangsangan pada kulit kepala sehingga pertumbuhannya tidak maksimal. Serum dan produk yang aku pakai dari Erhair Growth Series akan lebih optimal jika aku rajin melakukan Red Light Therapy setiap 2 minggu.

Red Light Therapy telah teruji Secara klinis memberikan perbaikan sejak minggu ke-4. Waktu pengerjaannya pun kurang lebih 30 menit. Tidak lama bukan?! Bayangin kamu punya waktu untuk lunch atau saat weekend, 30 menit akan berlalu dengan cepat dan kita bisa kembali kerja atau melakukan kegiatan dengan keluarga kita.

Setelah konsultasi, aku langsung diarahkan ke ruang terapi, ruangannya bersifat semi private dengan tirai diantara satu pasien dengan lainnya. Staff yang bertugas langsung memulai treatment dengan mengaplikasikan semacam cairan sebelum Red Light Therapy dimulai. Prosedur Red Light Therapy nya sendiri 27 menit dan rasanya hangat dan buat aku cukup nyaman. Tidak ada rasa panas, sensitivitas ataupun perasaan lainnya, bahkan aku bisa take a nap selama prosedur.

Semuanya terlihat merah ya dan intense. Tetapi tenang saja, benar-benar nyaman. Silau dari lampunya pun dibuat sangat minimal dengan ditutupnya mata kita. Karena ruangannya cukup sepi dan tertutup, kita bisa melakukan treatment dengan perasaan tenang. Bangku untuk Red Light Therapy ini adjustable sehingga kita bisa minta lebih tegak atau lebih bersandar.

Setelah treatment aku bisa kembali melakukan aktivitas kembali. Rasanya aku ingin secara teratur melakukan Red Light Therapy ini agar hasilnya bisa lebih maksimal. Thank you so much ERHA Clinic, untuk kesempatan yang diberikan.

Matrix Cool Therapy+++

thanks to Clozette Indonesia, beberapa hari yang lalu aku bisa mencoba treatment Matrix Cool Therapy +++ di rumah loh. Thanks to GoGlam juga kita bisa menikmati treatment saat sedang pengen dirumah aja. Mager kan kita, apalagi kalau suasana mendung dan males kemana-mana, atau seperti aku, ibu-ibu full time mom yang harus terus menjaga anaknya.

Kadang ada beberapa hal juga yang membuat kita hanya bisa treatment dirumah, seperti pemakai hijab atau hijabers. Namun, treatment ini terbuka untuk siapa saja ya, pria, wanita dan boleh dilakukan bagi yang memiliki masalah ketombe dan rambut rontok serta kulit kepala berminyak.

Nah, setelah order via GoGlam dan kita bisa pilih waktu yang sesuai, bahkan start jam 6-7 pagi sebelum ngantor juga hayuuu, GoGlam memudahkan dalam banyak hal. Kemarin saat di treatment juga sempat mengobrol dengan staff nya, ternyata sekarang apa juga bisa, bukan hanya blow dry set rambut untuk event, tapi treatment seperti Matrix ini juga bisa. Jelas banget kan detailnya? Jadi ngebayangin, misalnya ngadepin hari yang panas banget lalu bermotor-motor ria, pake helm yang lembab dan panas, keringetan duh gerah banget. Proses diawali dengan scrub, membersihkan kulit kepala dengan lembut, jangan bayangin scrub kasar yang tidak nyaman ya, tapi ini aseli enak bener di kepala, bikin relax dan staff GoGlam nya juga jago banget, aku udah bilang aku paling engga tahan pijatan yang kasar dan keras, dia bisa super lembut banget dan ini te o pe be ge te, secara staff nya pengertian banget. Dari datang, kerjanya juga profesional, rapih, dan menjelaskan produk satu persatu dengan detail yang baik.

Scrub ini buat bersihin kulit kepala katanya, dan bahan-bahannya juga gak membuat kulit kepala iritasi, ada sedikit sensasi segar dan cukup di massage sebentar lalu di bilas.

Setelah dibilas lalu di shampoo, kita duduk kembali dan mulai deh pakai cream balm nya yang minty dan nyaman banget di kulit kepala. Tadinya masih agak ngantuk jadi bangun beneran hehe, pas nih buat yang pagi-pagi bawaannya butuh yang segar-segar, kaya gak perlu kopi lagi.

Pijatannya lembut, pas nyisirin juga halus dan pelan-pelan, duh berasa banget di pampering.

Habis masker dengan pijatan yang maknyus dan kulit kepala super adem, dibilas lagi, dan terakhir diaplikasikan aminexil buat rambut rontok. Dinasehati juga agar treatmentnya rutin biar efeknya dapet. Memang dalam sejali treatment efek seger dan relaksasi didapat, tapi untuk rontok harus terus-terusan ya.

Paling tidak seminggu sekali deh. Secara treatment ini only around 60 minutes (gak lama kan) plus tambah 5-10 minutes untuk hair drying, sebenernya sempat loh dimana aja. Bisa sambil makan, nonton tv, jagain anak dan macem-macem hehe, bahkan yang kerja dirumah juga.

Masker rambut alami yang dibuat khusus untuk rambut kering ini mudah sekali dipakai. Karena metodenya sama dengan semua masker rambut, jadi cukup cuci rambut with shampoo, so just shampoo your hair, and then towel dry, alias masih lembab, jadi bukan basah yang menetes-netes ya. Aplikasikan masker rambut alami ini ke seluruh rambut kamu. Menurut @shopastelle boleh banget kena kulit kepala.

Tapi saranku, jika kulit kepala kamu sudah normal ke berminyak, cukup puas-puasin di rambut aja ya.

Masih bingung dengan cara pakainya? Don't worry, di kemasannya ada kok cara pakainya, cukup jelas dan mudah. Kemasannya sendiri lucu ya, bukan seperti masker rambut lain, tapi pakai kemasan kaya jam jar begini, seakan-akan mau nunjukkin beneran alami loh isinya.

Varian masker rambut alami ini ada apa aja? Ada Milk alias susu (buat rambut yang sering dicatok), strawberry (sering terpapar matahari), green tea (rambut rapuh dan rontok), Grape atau anggur (memperkuat akar), Cocoa ( melembutkan dan sensasi relaksasi), coffee alias kopi (yang mengatasi rontok dan menyuburkan rambut), dan peppermint (yang mengurangi ketombe). Komplit kan?! Masing-masing punya fungsi lebih dari satu, yang strawberry juga bisa untuk rambut rontok.

Aromanya semua sesuai dengan jenis produknya, aroma peppermint, pastinya juga minty dan segar, bisa memberikan efek dingin pada kulit kepala.

Nah, karena aku review masker rambut yang melon, aku akan kembali fokus pada melon ya hehehe, tapi kurang lebih kalian sudah tau ya kalau varian Juliet bukan cuma melon aja, tapi masih banyak masker rambut alami yang lain.

Tekstur masker rambut Juliet seperti apa sih? Creamy, alias seperti krim yang lembut dan nyaman buat dipakai. Biasanya aku pakai sekitar 1 sendok nasi hehehe, 1 centong gitu, since my hair is actually not long, tapi aku suka sensasi seperti creambath. Sambil aku massage alias pijat-pijat rambut dan kulit kepala.

Aroma buah melon yang segar juga bikin proses memanjakan rambut semakin nyaman. 1 jar ini bisa awet untuk pemakaian sebulan untuk rambut aku, dengan catatan pakai seminggu sekali sampai 2 kali. Tapi semua tergantung pemakaian dan lebat/panjangnya rambut kalian ya. Intinya semua sesuai kebutuhan deh.

Biasanya setelah selesai aplikasi, aku cepol rambut aku keatas seperti gambar dibawah ini biar masker rambutnya lebih terserap, aku pakai shower cap. Bisa juga pakai handuk panas seperti pada saran pemakaian. Aku pribadi cukup pakai shower cap. Nanti uap alami tubuh bisa bantu menghangatkan dan proses penyerapan juga bisa terjadi.

Setelah 30 menit, aku bilas dengan air hangat dulu, dipijat dengan lembut agar mudah terurai. Since the texture is rather creamy and thick, it is best to be gentle and take your time. Nanti rambut akan terasa amat sangat lembut dan mudah dibilas. The product is simple, kind, and really gentle, the whole family even my kids are using it. I can wash my hair daily, sometime even twice a day when I'm really active, like sweats like nuts... wait, nuts doesn't sweat, hmm, like a mom who do chores all by herself, or perhaps a non stop run in marathon, in this perfect Jakarta weather where the sun shines so brightly and we are lucky if the temperature somewhere below 30 degree Celcius. Yes, we are in a hot weather daily, hence making small movements made me feel so hot. This is the thing that saves my hair and my mood to be honest.

The kids can happily use it as it doesn't made them sick, no harmful chemicals nor stuff that harsh. Vidal Sassoon Light & Soft Nude Shampoo

still looking for that perfect shampoo? The key is easy peasy, always look for a non silicone ones that cares for the scalp and hair growth, contain no sls or sles, and of course no paraben. But it's hard, especially in Indonesia, not a lot of brand mass produce this kind of product. While the world has keep evolving with the best and safer thing for daily use, we are kinda stuck, many brands still 'proud' giving us silicone inside their shampoo and claim to be the best for dry hair (sighs).

Seems like I'm having so much trouble finding details for Vidal Sassoon from China on google, like it was impossible. So this post is made solely from my experience using it.

Start from the packaging which I really like, it's red as any other Vidal Sassoon trademark product but since the theme is nude, it has that transparent part on the bottom. It's clear and it's the first of VS product with clear packaging.

And one of my favorite key feature is the pump bottle, I always love shampoo in a pump bottle, it's simple and more hygienic. It doesn't allow spills and mess in the shower room and usually comes in a right portion on each pump. But traveling with a pump shampoo is a challenge :D

Nevertheless, the details is mostly in Chinese on the back side and the front has some English details so I know that this is a nude shampoo where silicone is not included. When you happen to have dry hair and oily scalp, most shampoo in Indonesia are addressing the hair problems and made my roots worse, like the oils is just unbearable, silicone also add stickiness. So this is a clean option with a lightness and not adding  problems to my scalp and hair.

The shampoo is a clear gel that smells fragrant, lathers on beautifully on the hair and abundantly without causing my hair to feel tautly dry. So there's no squeaky clean feeling like there's tons of surfactant.

The clean feeling that it gives is pleasing and comfortable, the scalp and hair are both happy. Usually the option is rather the scalp or the hair only and no in between, but this one made the scalp cleans really well and the hair still feel manage-ably soft (of course I still have to use conditioner) compared to other shampoo for oily roots that strip the hair barren.

So far, the shampoo shows a good interaction with a colored hair too, they don't really preserved acid color hair but doesn't remove them all at once, it's somewhere in between since acid hair color means they will be loss in every washes. Conclusions, in terms of perfect for the colored hair, I would say, yes.

a shampoo that everyone can use, thanks to it's light and soft formula. Smells so fragrantly good and never overwhelming. Perfect for dry, colored, damaged to even normal hair with no problems. Love the silicone free formula that made my scalp happy.

Schwarzkopf Extra Care Purify & Protect Silicone Free Conditioner

after series of sharing a non silicone shampoos over the past few posts, now it's a turn for the conditioner, a silicone free conditioner from Schwarkopf.

On my previous posts, I've mentioned that using a silicone on the hair its fine, as long as it doesn't touch the scalp, they'll blocked the scalp sooner or later. On the hair, it helps seals, covers and made the hair appear smoother, shinier and healthier, even when it is damaged on the inside.

The product comes in a white creamy lotion texture and smells so good, like a white floral, and turns into transparent like when used on the wet hair, like a milky liquid that protects and help heals. It contain liquid keratin that helps builds the hair, filling the needs. Our hair is made from keratin too, loss of keratin made it brittle and breaks easily.

So by using the product gradually it builds the hair strength and made them whole again. The thing is, it has to be in sync, we have to stop damaging the hair to see the difference or it will remain the same, like we are walking on the same spot where damaging and healing collide.

Schwarzkopf Extra Care Hair Total Repair 19 Mask

Hello lovelies,

as someone who loves changing hair color, for sure damage is part of it. As I love colorful hair, I also love to took care of them and make them stronger, healthier, and shinier too.

Masking the hair, conditioning, using serums and leaves in has been my daily routine, so when perhaps others are stopping on shampoo and conditioner, I continue with tonic, hair serum and so on. Using the mask every two days also has become one of my key note as it helps build my hair's strength little by little.

Some of you perhaps wondering, why keep on coloring the hair if it's damaging, the thing is, it is not the coloring, it's the bleaching process, so as long as the bleached has been done, the hair is already ruin and left exposed. Colorant like Manic Panic or Hair Manicure is actually 'treatment' as in sealing in the hair with colors. That's why hair that just been colored feels smoother, softer and shinier, while after a while, those colors wont last (since the bleach damaged the hair and made them fragile and like an open pores) so another coloring process need to be done, hence many people that have colored their hair, must continue to do so using pure acid color. No need to re bleach on each coloring session.

Maintaining the hair on the other hand have to be done continually and non stop. Some hair treatments actually strip colors too, so choose products that really color friendly. In the end, it's kinda a battle between treating the hair of let it be, for me, I think I'm gonna keep using these mask as it helps build the strength of the hair, I might need to recolor faster than it should be, but I'm okay with that.

The product comes in a tube, yellow slightly golden in color and inside, the thick white fragrant cream. It is creamy and rich, pretty much satisfying in terms of texture. I use it on my shampooed and toweled dry hair, using around half the palm for my mid length hair all the way to the ends. Avoiding the roots at all cost as it is made for the hair and not for the scalp.

The rich cream sticks to the hair, it hold on to them and wrap them in moisture. I let them sit there for around 20 minutes, just tied a knot on my hair and continuing my activity at home. It becomes drier, like using a face mask that become more dense, this one too.

Then I rinsed everything off with tepid warm water, the masking has made my hair soft, silky and smooth, I can easily brush my hair afterwards. Drying them using a hairdryer is an experience on it's own, like the heat from the hairdryer intensify the perfume, the hair smells so good. Each strand like coated by the nourishment but without weighting it down, if you feel like your hair becomes limp or lifeless, perhaps it's due to not enough rinsing.

I'm definitely continue to use the mask on regular basis, it helps my hair and helps me de stress too looking at my hair becomes stronger.

So far no cons, so, I definitely recommend the hair mask to just about anyone. Normal hair? Use it like 1-2 a month to maintain the hair condition. Dry hair? 3-4 times a month, and severely damaged hair like me? 2-3 times a week until the condition improved.
