ini produk yang sudah lumayan femes ini, aku pegang sambil deg-deg-an. Karena betapapun terkenalnya, kalau punya kulit sensitif, pasti agak mikir kalau nyobain produk yang bantu exfoliate kulit. Bukan cuma di klinik-klinik, semua produk, treatment yang buat regenerasi, mengelupas, ataupun yang judulnya "mengangkat sel kulit mati" dan sebagainya, yah pasti bikin sedikit mundur. Tentang AHA & BHA dalam Miraculous Refining Serum

Miraculous Refining Serum mengandung 10% AHA (glycolic acid) dan 3% BHA (salicylic acid). Glycolic Acid disebut-sebut sebagai holygrailAHA yang memiliki molekul kecil sehingga dapat menembus kulit lebih mudah. AHA pada serum ini berfungsi sebagai exfoliating agent yang memiliki kemampuan untuk membantu

pengelupasan sel kulit mati sehingga mempercepat regenarasi sel kulit baru. Selain berfungsi sebagai exfoliator, AHA juga memiliki fungsi lain seperti: mencegah jerawat, meratakan warna kulit yang disebabkan oleh bekas luka, bekas jerawat, maupun bintik hitam karena matahari dan faktor usia. Selain AHA, Miraculous Refining Serum juga mengandung 3% BHA

(Salycilic Acid) yang memiliki molekul lebih kecil dibandingkan AHA. BHA

akan menembus kulit lebih dalam untuk mengatasi masalah seperti pori-

BHA dikenal sebagai acid yang cocok untuk kulit berminyak dan

Miraculous Refining Serum

2% Niacinamide terkandung dalam Miraculous Refining Serum. Kandungan

tersebut termasuk jenis vitamin B yang dikenal baik untuk kulit berjerawat.

Manfaatnya antara lain adalah berfungsi sebagai anti-inflammatory sehingga

bagus untuk mencegah peradangan pada jerawat, mencegah efek kemerahan

Cara pemakaian

Miraculous Refining Serum mengandung AHA dan BHA yang merupakan

exfoliating agent. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk menggunakan produk ini dua hingga tiga kali seminggu pada malam hari di awal pemakaian,

frekuensi pemakaian bisa ditingkatkan bila kulit sudah terbiasa. Dan, frekuensi pemakaian bisa dikurangi bila diperlukan.

Asli, panjang kali lebar kali sempit ya detailnya, super lengkap, dan mereka tuh kaya udah mengerti banget kondisi kulit. Btw, aku pernah diagnosa kulit dan dikatakan aktivitas bakteri di kulit yang sensitif dan kering ini tinggi, bayangin, tinggi. Padahal kulit daku ini super kering loh, kalau oily berjerawat yang kelihatan lah, ini mulus-mulus aja cuma butuh pelembab. Disinilah aku berasa ada benernya cobain Avoskin Miraculous Refining Serum dan semua detailsnya gak pernah maksa, malah diminta di adjust dengan kondisi kulit masing-masing. Gak usah ngotot harus sehari 2x, gak usah maksa harus tiap hari, bahkaannn kalau mau campur pakai serum lain supaya gak terlalu pekat juga bisaaa.

Kurang baik apa lagi?! Biasanya brand agak arogan dan gak mau produknya dicampur-campur, tapi ini super pengertian dan apa adanya. Jadilah aku cobain dicampur dengan serum yang pure hyaluronic acid atau yang buat ngelembabin aja. Jangan yang ada AHA, BHA atau retinol. Semua itu aku hindari. Aku pernah coba langsung serum ini aja? Pernah, kulitku langsung merah dan gatel, mau nangis waktu itu dan langsung bilas dan nyaman lagi.

Jadi aku pakenya, 2 tetes Avoskin Miraculous Refining Serum dan 2 tetes serum yang melembabkan, dan aku pakainya pertama hanya 2-3x seminggu (tiap malam saja), lalu minggu kedua mulai berani pakai tiap malam dan seterusnya. Karena minggu ke 3 dan 4 meski pakai makeup, tidak masalah.

Silahkan dilihat dengan seksama dan cari semua perbedaan di ke-4 kulit akuh ini yang jujur akupun nyari dimana bedanya, apakah kalian sudah bisa menjawab? Yes! dark spots alias freckles, alias noda-noda hitam terutama dibawah mata. Dan yang paling bikin aku senang, dibawah cuping hidung, taukah kalian, susahnya menutup berkas kemerahan diarea tersebut yang terlihat meradang, concealer pun cepet pecah karena pori-porinya terbuka dan itu kelihatan kesumbat (errr radang merah gitu) kalau di facial sih jujur daku sengsara karena sakit pencetnya dan bersihinnya, ini pakai serum, efek banget, radang, merah, mendingan jauhhhh. Area bawah hidung itu juga sensitif dan mudah pecah loh pembuluh darahnya, jadi kalau pas facial dipencet-pencet malah salah besar dan kondisi makin gawat, mending pakai Avoskin Miraculous Refining Serum ini, efek banget dan aman nyaman jaya.

Redness di kulit juga berkurang dan bener yang dikata di detail mereka, kulitku gak berasa sekering dulu malah berasa lebih nyaman dan pelembab juga lebih nempel, yah dari dulu juga nempel sih tapi lebih berasa terserap gak nyantol doank di kulit kaya nebeng jalan-jalan.

How to use it? Easy! On a cleaned skin, dab a cotton pad with it and gently wiped the skin all over using that damped cotton pad, no need massaging nor pressure, just let the product works it's magic by itself, and from the first time usage, I only let it swipe my face in one circular motion without repeating numerous times, like 1-2 times on an area is enough.

And since I do have very sensitive cheek, normally I wipe this area once every 3 days while areas like forehead, nose and chin could be once every 1-2 days. So we can easily adjust to our skin need, either daily, to once a week. You can also skip it when you're skin is having problem like sunburn or anything else. It was really flexible and adjustable.

After wiping the skin with the damp cotton, use any toner that you normally use, serum, skincare too. Since Maxi Peel Micro Exfoliant Fluid preferably used for night time, I can feel comfortable getting my skin thoroughly cleansed by it and the pores have no barrier, so the product also made skincare absorbed better by the skin.

Do read the ingredients on your skincare, from toner, serum, to moisturizer so they don't contain exfoliating agents too. If you are in doubt, you can simply skip skincare and use a hydrating moisturizer after that.

Stylish hat is handy for me heehee, in Japan there are so many hats I can choose and they do understand the concept of protecting the facial skin from the sun hence a wider and bigger coverage on the front part. Still, don't forget to use a sunblock lotion for a more comprehensive shield.

Remember that I've been traveling to Japan and spend most of my days outdoor under the sun for 10 days, it was summer. The skin should be darker but it's not, it's brighter.

The pores looks far less, the dark spots are reduced (ask any dermatologist, dark spots are tough to handle), acne marks minimized by far and heal faster too, my skin overally look even out, healthier.

On the before image I took it after a shower and using proper skincare, while the after is just after waking up in the morning heehee, haven't even washed up nor touch any skincare but the skin still looks fresher and far better than the before. They after skin appear firmer too, I love looking at my after skin condition so much.

Using less makeup is very much possible.

Lush Ocean Salt

as facial exfoliating and scrubbing is never my thing, sometime I do still scrub my body, and when I do, I use only the best as it helps micro-circulation and in this case, smells so oceanic good too.

Coconut cream and sea salt scrub

Washing with Ocean Salt is like taking your face on a trip to the seaside for an invigorating splash in the water. The minerals in sea salt soften as it scrubs away dirt, dead skin and blockages for a bright, fresh face. We mix in fresh avocado and coconut to hydrate thirsty skin, leaving it balanced and soft. The cleansing effects of lime and vodka are ideal for blocked pores, blackheads or blemishes and leave skin visibly brightened. It's no wonder Ocean Salt is so enormously popular!

Splash water on your face and apply about a teaspoonful of scrub using an upward, circular motion to exfoliate and refresh the skin. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry. Ocean Salt can also be used on other parts of the body including chest, back, arms and legs.

Suitable for all skin types: Ocean Salt is beneficial for combination to dull and oily skin, and works well to occasionally exfoliate dry skin.

So yes, it was recommended for oily skin, and for those with sensitive skin like me, be careful. For the face area, I use the scrub on the nose only as it tends to accumulate dirt, sebum and have a high chance of getting blackheads and whiteheads too. For the body, I use on areas that are acne prone, like the back side, chest and rough parts like elbows, knees and heels.

Since Jakarta is pretty much humid and I sweat easily, those acne prone areas on the body need Ocean Salt even more. Other part perhaps getting exfoliate once or twice a month, back side and chest could get once a week. And the product is so comfortable, it has rough scrubs since it is using natural ingredients aka coarse sea salt, but the more I scrub it, the more it melts, since it is salts after all. So I use it only when the skin is damp, not completely wet.

The color of the product is super cute, like it was not completely blend, so there's a gradation of white to soft blue, kinda like the ocean during winter. And it does have unique texture, with fine and coarse sea salt, it felt different. As salt helps cleans the skin, it disinfect too, it helps eliminating bad odor.

Overall,

Ocean Salt is one of the must have item in my home, it cleans, exfoliate and even thou it feels rough, it was actually gentle and I enjoy the effects on my skin and how it interacts. The after result that's liberating, fresh and super clean is addictive. As it contains citrus, it helps purifying and fights oily sebum.

last night I went into an event at Dharmawangsa area. An event that celebrate the new variant from Citra beauty world, Citra Sabun Lulur is here.

Combining soap and exfoliating (or lulur in Bahasa) Indonesian can now enjoy daily routine of having a shower while deep cleaning their skin with the very fine beads by Citra.

Natural ingredients such as, rice, Japanese rice, milk, turmeric, pearl and other kind of ingredients are infused into each variant. There are three variants Citra Lulur Spotless White, Natural White and Pearly White.

The scents of the variants itself are in sync with their previous collection, they all smells so fragrant and we can pick which one, or two that we like to use every day.

Some prefer the white ones, others like the pink and the rest are in love with the fresh green notes.

After the small talk show, we look into the texture of the product, almost everyone (including me) had a chance to try the product on the spot. The beads are indeed soft and really gentle and unlike other beads I've tried, and the skin feels squeaky clean after use and very fragrant.

We also did a test during the event, some foundation is applied on the surface of the egg, Citra Sabun Lulur cleans well without damaging the surface of the egg. It remains smooth and moist.

Comparison are done between the product and the conventional lulur, in so many ways Citra Sabun Lulur are proven to be softer and gentler to the skin, suitable for daily use. However, the soap on the product itself is like said above, it gives the skin a squeaky clean effect which is drying on the skin. Those with dry and sensitive skin wont really enjoy using the products.

A workshop is added at the end of the event where everyone can make aromatherapy candles. Some flowers and aromatic ingredients are given, guests can choose which one to put on their candles.

The candles itself already so fragrant since using the same perfume like the ones inside Citra.

So most of the  aroma is from the candle. It was a liquid candle at first, the flowers and other ingredients can be put and stick when dried (around 20 minutes).

I manage to try some of the juices and they are so fresh and do feels healthy to consume.

Seems like it was a day of fun for everyone who attends, we have a chance be beautified from within as well as our skins. Let's go back to the scrub, shall we?! The product comes in a tube and the it has all the signature signs of Juara, the details, decor and the same color as the rest of their products.

The deep brown color reminds me of the earth and the gold resemblance the richness of Indonesian heritage and culture.

US standard in providing the details on the box and on the tube. Their website also suffice in terms of explaining all the necessary information from ingredients to how to use and tips too.

One thing that they emphasize is the duo function of the product as a scrub and mask at the same time.

Apply the product on the skin, spread like using a mask, not too thin, not too thick, just right. Enjoy the delightful fruity scent thanks to the apple enzyme in it.

Let the product set on the skin for a few minutes.

The product is paraben free, 100% vegetarian, hence you can rest assure of using only safe ingredients for the skin.

I never experience any discomfort, allergic reaction, nor problems when using products from Juara, my skin is rather sensitive in terms of artificial perfume or harsh chemicals, so far, they are happy using Juara.

And scrubs hasn't been a friend as well, but again, using Radiance Enzyme Scrub is a total please(r).

The scrub somehow looks like a pineapple paste (and smells kinda like it too), golden and beautiful. Jelly or gel like and easy to be spread on the skin. I prefer using the product after cleaning the skin from makeup and after foaming facial wash.

When distributed, it becomes transparent and again, at this stage, I'm enjoying the delicious tropical scent. And yes, Ms. Metha assured us, the scent are all comes from natural ingredients.

There's no tingling, warm or any 'weird' sensation when using the product. I left it there for a couple of minutes and seen to be a bit dried up.

This is the time when the enzyme working on the skin. And after they felt dry, gently massage the skin and then I add a bit of water, it become like this paste below.

I add more water it clears up and like lathers a bit too before finally rinsing everything off.

The skin becomes so clear, fresh and super clean, like they are just being detoxed without any pressure, harsh massaging movement (like during 'luluran'), so my skin doesn't suffer any problem like most scrub does since it's the enzyme that works on the skin.

There are fine scrubs particles felt on the skin but it was fine and overall comfortable.

Conclusion:

One of the best scrub I've used. Suitable for any skin type, including those with erupting acne since the enzyme works really well in cleaning the skin and promote healing. Sensitive skin like mine can also enjoy the product and yes, after being clean thoroughly with Radiance Enzyme Scrub the skin can absorb skincare better since the dead skin are washed away.
