Hello everyone!!!

A few months ago I was asked by this lovely company called Smile Brilliant to review their amazing product. The product is a teeth whitening kit.

Based in the USA the company created a professional teeth whitening kit to be used at home, yes, as comfortable as it may sound, it is.

It's a simple box but contain everything we need to create a one of a kind tray for our unique set of teeth.

So, they first ship this box, then we have to create our own mold and send it back. They make the tray by using the mold and send to us the finished clear tray for our usage. Sounds complicated? It's not. Just do one thing at a time.

All the details are already written inside the box, from how to use the gels, the mold, the what's to prepare, what to do before, after during and everything in between.

First thing first, clean the teeth thoroughly, this means brushing, flossing, and making sure there's nothing need to be removed. You also have to visit your dentist first, consult, treat the decays, and perhaps do a simple sensitivity test. If everything's okay, then go ahead, and don't forget your 6 monthly scaling ya.

Okay, once the teeth are good to go and super duper clean, let's make the mold.

The blue one is the base paste and the white one is catalyst. Don't forget to wash your hands and dried them as well before touching them.

Mixed those blue and white paste into one, like mixing a dough, gently keep stretching and folding them into half until the total time is according to instruction, for me, the paste already mixed quite well around 1 minute and 15-20 seconds, and by the time it reaches 2 minute, it is not as stretchy as before.

As the info goes, placed it into the tray and set it well, watch out for the time, and then put it on the upper or lower set of the teeth until they set well and according to the time given.

Now, as they have times for each process and to be hones, one mouth can only fit one tray, so don't be silly and make both of them as it is not possible.

And after they are done, I shipped them both to USA, don't worry, they provide a fluffy envelope with the full address written. Alongside with the package, we need to send back a piece of paper, the one that says we already agree that we consent on the result and we had been consulting with our dentist.

As you can see, on each tray there's a QR code, so there's little chance of getting ours mixed up.

Once they received ours, they'll send an email of notification. I send mine using Pos Indonesia, with Rp.98.000 the package is received within 2 weeks.

And soon after, I get my personal tray made by them. It is cool and somewhat creepy at the same time haha! Like, it was my own.

A nice black box also goes for safekeeping.

Now, the teeth whitening process begin,

after checking there's no residue on the clear tray, I clean them using a mild soap and water. Dry them thoroughly. Clean my teeth as well, brushing plus flossing included.

I use the desensitizing gel first, it helps reduce the sensitivity on the teeth due to whitening process that I'm about to go through.

The gel is a cool gel with a pleasant feeling.

The tray fitted perfectly on my teeth. I can use both of them at the same time.

As waiting can be quite long (between 20-60 minutes) I suggest you to eat all you want and drink as many as you please before getting started.

Since I have sensitive teeth, I patiently wait for 60 minutes.

And then I took them off, rinse and gently brushed my teeth as instructed. Rinse and dry the tray again and apply the teeth whitening gel.

Of course I took a glass of water before applying the tray again.

I put them on for around 2 hours (since I'm so bored, thirsty, and frankly, couldn't take it anymore), the gel is comfortable, is just, I can hardly speak properly, I'm hungry (I'm always hungry) and yep, bored hehe.

There is a bit of sensitivity on the area where my crown doesn't fit perfectly (blame it on a particular dentist at Q&M in Singapore), but apart from that, everything is fine and enjoyable. Why is it enjoyable, look at the result below.

My teeth has gone so white in a single usage.

My tongue and other part inside the mouth do feel sensitive for a while (like I just suck too many candies) but it goes away in an hour or two (or perhaps I don't really remember as I went to sleep soon after, and when I wake up, everything is well).

These process can be repeated again and again and again, consult the dentist on how often to repeat the process and as for me, I'm definitely will do it again and I really want to see how white my teeth could be.

Take note though, as it is the same goes as a teeth whitening process in the dentist, result may vary as it is according to ones teeth condition.

Overall, I'm happy they send me a kit and my teeth are white now!

A purifying mask that helps to regulate excess oil secretion, cleans clogged pores and prevents the recurrence of pimples. Neem, well-known for its purifying and antibacterial properties, helps in controlling acne and pimples, and their recurrence. Combines with Turmeric, it helps remove acne-causing bacteria. Fuller's Earth (Multani Mitti) cools and soothes the skin, improving skin texture and leaving you with clear, problem-free skin.

Key Ingredients:

• Fuller's Earth, Neem, Turmeric.

Directions for use:

Apply evenly over cleaned face and neck, avoiding the area around the eyes. Allow to dry for 10-15 minutes. Removes with a wet sponge and wash with cool water. Use once or twice a week. Do not apply on broken or inflamed skin.

Since some parts of my skin is dry and not oily nor in the category needing the mask, I only put it on the area that do. The areas in which most of the bacterias are found. Nose and chin where it is acne prone.

The product contain kaolin and other natural ingredients that made it possible to kills bacteria and help heal acne, 'absorb' sebum and grease on the skin. After using the mask I can see the immediate result, very clean and oil free skin. It is a different kind of clean than regular cleansing. It's like it deep cleanse the skin and takes all impurities. I do recommend oily skin type to try this and see the immediate result of using it.

The mask itself feels plain, I don't feel any discomfort whatsoever. The look and the texture may look yucky but the smell is fragrant and gentle enough for the skin. When it is drying on the skin, I feel a bit tight, because the material is hardening when used. Which make cleaning it a bit tricky, I dislike repeatedly wiping it off with a cloth, so I just make them really wet by splashing it a few times, then gently massage the hardened mask, and splash some water again, and keep repeating this sequence until they break off by itself without any force.

Recommended to be used when needed, my normal to dry skin need to use it around twice a month.

Next is the lip balm, like mentioned in the video, it smells like bubble gum ^__^ for me the lip balm is like any other good quality lip balm I've used, but this one contains more natural ingredients than chemicals.

Enriched with wheatgerm oil, a rich source of vitamine E, Himalaya Herbals lip balm nourishes and softens your lips. It also contains Carrot seed oil, a natural sunscreen, to protect your lips from the harsh UV rays of the sun.

Key Ingredients:

The texture is a cloudy gel with slippery effect. Suitable for those who are looking for a lip balm with mild glossy effect. It embalms the lips with a bit of oily feeling.

Next is the Complete Care Herbal Toothpaste, a product which I brought to Japan with me.

Actually, I really want to bring them all, it's a good thing I didn't, apparently I don't have enough time to do them all and the luggage has completely bloated anyway.

Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly, at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician.
Children 6 years or below should have adult supervision and use only a pea-sized amount. Do not swallow. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing.

I'm a accustomed in using the toothpaste all the way from side to side of the brushes, so this toothpaste apparently only need a pea sized amount and it doesn't lie. A little really goes along the way, the milky gray colored toothpaste is thick and rich. It cleans the teeth really well, almost like a polishing effect all over.

I don't really have a gum problem but so does when using this toothpaste. A clean and light minty feeling is acquired with one more specialty, there's a freshness unlike other toothpaste with just mints.

I don't know which ingredients does that, it keep the mouth feeling and smelling fresh longer and better than most toothpaste I know. It's the feeling that you could only understand after trying it ^__^

Mustika Ratu Goodies Bag (July 2013) - Body Lotion, Body Butter, Scrub, Biocell, Daun Sirih and Sleepwell Tea.

after a not so long ago meeting with the Mustika Ratu and given a goody bag full of stuffs that I can try. Yes, this is my first time trying some of the products. I've tried the scrubs thanks to Lolabox but about 80% of the other products are a new items in my vocabulary.

More variations of scrubs, body butters, and foundation. I've tried the scrubs and body butter, each of them is different in their own ways and scents as well. The scrubs are filled with small tiny beads that suitable for body use, the smell of the products can be choose according to anyone's liking. The coffee smells like coffee and the others smells like said on the packaging. But the papaya is actually a lot fresher and fruitier than the original product ^^

The foundation is not suitable for me in terms of feeling thick on the skin and the tone given is not suitable, hence there's no images I can give on using the product here.

The highlight of the event is for the Sleepwell tea, hence the 30 minutes presentation was for. I've tried them on Saturday since I have difficulties of sleeping due to the amount of light input in my bedroom (my curtain broke down and I'm a big fan of total darkness in term of sleeping). The tea does makes my eyes feels so much heavier and I'm able to doze of after around 30-45 minutes later. The taste of the tea is interesting, it was somewhere between herbal and a bit fruity and aromatic. It was a delightful experience.

I've tried another brand of sleeping tonic but the taste makes me waking up even more due to the sharpness and unnatural acidity.

I think the Sleepwell tea from Mustika Ratu is the winner so far for the simplicity, taste, no need adding sugar, freshness, effectiveness and no after effect. I don't experience a 'hangover' kinda feeling like from sleeping pills sometime does.

Next in line is the oral and dental hygiene products which contain betel leafs where it is has been known for generations of helping the mouth to stay fresh and the teeth clean from caries. Instead of having the trouble of chewing the leafs, now in toothpaste and mouth rinse to help us in the most practical way possible. Does it have the exact same benefit like chewing the leafs? Well, almost. The natural ingredients may some have transferred into the product but I think the movement and action of chewing the leafs are replaced with the motion us tooth brushing with tooth brush.

I like the taste and freshness of the product, I think they are as simple as they can get with the main ingredients written as the product that gives betel leafs.

Last but not least is the body lotion, a bottle full of skin caring item which on me failed to pass the bar. The lotion feels like a think covering filmy effect that doesn't really penetrate on the skin. The scent is okay and I think it is a bit confusing in terms of I can't figure it out what it is.
