Baca aja deh detail yang ada di kemasan, I'm amazed with the details saying that the products is award-winning formula. Tertulis bahwa produk ini no paraben dan aman buat pengguna kontak lensa. Nah buat aku yang memiliki bulu mata pendek, their hourglass shaped brush malah jadi blunder karena kegedean. Kayaknya di aku lebih cocok pakai merk Asia seperti dari Jepang karena brush nya kecil dan bisa menjangkau bullu mata yang terpendek sekalipun.

Formulanya juga terlalu creamy, entah kenapa butuh waktu buat apply dan tunggu kering. Aku pribadi merasa formula mascaranya kurang cair, jadi agak kaku dan harus sabar saat aplikasi biar bisa men-coated lashes aku satu persatu dan menyeluruh, engga menggumpal sih tapi ya kaya tebel dan gak rata aja.

Hasilnya gimana?
Karena brushnya terlalu besar, jadi hanya bisa menjangkau bulu mata dari tengah ke luar, kalau brush nya lebih kecil bisa menjangkau lebih banyak bulu mata juga jadi bisa lebih bagus.
Kalau kamu diberkati dengan bulu mata yang panjang dan lebat, bersyukurlah hehe, kamu bisa cocok pakai brush yang geday macam begini.

Warnanya solid hitam tapi menurut aku bagusan Heroine Make dimana saat mencoated lashes terlihat lebih hitam legam dan lebih menarik karena sedikit lebih shiny.

Dan pastinya Heroine Make punya formula waterproof yang sangat bagus karena Bette Than Sex and Diamond ini tidak waterproof, jadi dipakai di iklim tropis macam di Jakarta ini sebentar (2-3) jam juga udah kaya mata panda. Which is salah satu alasan aku juga ga suka pakai mascara ini karena pas bleber kemana-mana dan bikin bawah mata hitam ga bagus gitu. Mascara yang aku suka itu yang kalau dia 'lepas'pun jadi seperti rubbery texture yang gak bikin mata hitam dan makeup bawah mata berantakan (hiks).

 Nyesel kah aku beli ini? Clearly! Karena aku pikir formulanya bagus banget but I'm looking for the wrong direction, mungkin kalau aku punya typical mata orang yang berlashes lebat dan panjang, dan aku tinggal di negara yang dingin dan kering mungkin mascara ini cukup dan awet. But I'm not.

Jadi ya kalau kamu cari produk sesuai deskripsi di atas, yaitu tanpa paraben, mengandung kolagen, aman untuk pengguna kontak lensa, berbrush yang gede, ya silahkan.

I have doubts using large wand since my lashes are pretty short, but this one comes with tiny bristles, hence it can grab on those lashes without fail. They may seems a bit intimidating at first but they are so comfortable, I have similar to this from different brand but it hurts my eyes every time the bristle accidentally touches the skin, this one is okay.

The formula is rather like latex when dried, so it will never smudges but rather dried up and easily cleans when the flakes are being picked up. I am 'blessed' with greasy eyelids and watery eyes too, especially after iLasik where I need to water them almost every time, this mascara stays! It rocks!

The wand works on my lower lashes too, using the rounded end, it really is a tool made for very short tiny lashes, it made them appear like "Hello, I'm here!" and we can all finally see that they are visible.

The key of using the product, is like mentioned above from the brand, use it just enough. Not too much layers and not too less for a maximum effect. When put too much they'll become heavy and of course, easily break later on, which made them less long lasting, so always put the right amount by removing excessive product when pulling it out from the container.

Here are the before after images of when I'm using the product and when I'm not. Clearly visible that which one is before and which is after. The left is before and the right is after, the one that made me look like I'm finally have lashes that people can easily see.

Does they last all day? Yes! As long as I don't rub my eyes or pulling the lashes or put too much eye drops with oils inside, I'm fine. They look great and feels good too, light and very comfortable.

Overall,
Can be used alone or when using falsies. Smells good, but fade when it is dry, the rubbery bristle is flexible and kind to sensitive skin, the deep black intensity is satisfying and best of all, it have that adherent polymers that bind the lashes without clumps (when used just right).

there's this most special package I have received a few days ago and they look beyond gorgeous.

I opened the bag carefully and found a letter for me. It was surreal, they made me feel so special and blessed.

It's Guerlain Spring 2017 collection and some other varieties from La Petite Robe Noire Make Up.

Here they are, 4 products of pure pleasure. They dressed so provocatively and others are so romantic. One other thing, they smell so good once I get them off the box, two particular products are from the Spring 2017, like soft floral are everywhere. I'm in love.

These two are so wonderful, Pearls Meteorites are always been my favorite and they keep having new variants, this one is Happy Glow Pearls, and look at the container, it's round like a pearl and glows so breathtakingly pretty.

La Petite Robe Noire Mascara and that adorable Lip & Cheek in bright pink also super endearing. I'm a huge fan of lip and cheek product, who doesn't love a matchy-matchy makeup, and this one also smells fragrantly good.

Heehee, those words on their catalogue "Everyone Says Meteorites I Love You" is so spot on! No one ever resist these babies. They look so good, attractive, glowing, and made the skin appear so happy and bright.

The blush are hard to resist too, it has that perfect shade of pink that glows.

These pearls are made specially for our skin to have that irresistible charm.

And this Lip & Cheek appear simple yet when opened, the texture is intense, gooey like gel and yet, still easy to blend.

The top that shaped like the tip of La Petite Robe Noire perfume bottle is actually just a decor, it easily detached from the top and when opening the bottle, it's easier when it is off.

Inside, the top is connected to a small brush and behold, it's shocking bright neon pink.

And there it is, the mascara, La Petite Robe Noire Mascara, do you know that Guerlain's mascara always has this gel fluid, never sticky nor harden formula (when used accordingly around 6 months), that glides on the lashes oh-so-beautifully.

This time, they does it again but with a very well made wand.

The tip will reach very short lashes like lower and inner sides, while the rest are able to grasp the long lashes for a fuller look with intensity of darkness and volume.

Pixy

Hi lovelies,

some time ago after attending an event with Pixy, I received these products as the goody bag. As seen, it was almost a complete set of their range.

From BB Cream, blush on, lip creams, lipstick, to eyeliners and mascara. They also have compact powder and makeup remover not to be missed.

Since the BB Cream and powder is rather too dark for my skin tone, the review will be based only for the products that I've used, which is the rest of them.

Start from their blush on that I think too faint for me. I wish it was a bit more pigmented. The mascara and liquid eyeliners are black and easy to be used. The wand of the mascara and brush from the liquid eyeliner is a bit tacky. But the product has a good water resisting power. It won't stand much chance against sweat but as long as I'm staying indoor with aircon, I'm fine.

The pencil eyeliners are easy to be used, soft and crayon-like. I really like the white chalky color since it is pretty much useful. The one in mint is unique and not really my everyday color. One thing about Pixy Line and Shadow, that it was easy to blend as we can use it as an eyeshadow but brushing them on the lids. And they'll sets within a few minutes.

Their lipstick on the other hand was wonderful and I love the colors. This nude lipstick is one of my favorite. It has a subtle glow, made my lips looks moist and easy to be used.

They also have Lip Creams that comes in 6 shades.

And here are the swatches of the products shown above. From the BB Cream, Line and Shadow in white and mint. The black mascara and liquid eyeliner. Nude colored lipstick and the Lip Creams.

They look pretty good and I think, thanks for their budget friendly price tag, many people will enjoy using their products since it does works pretty well and worth purchasing.
And all the products from Pixy comes in a packaging that clearly stated the details such as ingredients. This is one of the standard that I think shows quality.

Below is me using the eyeliners, mascara, blush on, lipstick, shadow and line by Pixy.

The makeup was natural and pretty much comfortable to be used. And one last thing on their package is the makeup remover that works like a charm. Even the lip creams that has a very good staying power can be removed easily with their makeup remover.

Just shake the bi-phasil (water and oil) formula until they are mixed, wet a cotton pad with that mixed solution, and wiped anything off. It will comes off easily. Since it has oils, do use a good foaming facial wash to removes the remover.

Anna Sui Eyebrow and Eyelash Mascara

Anna Sui Cosmetics Autumn 2016 is just the best collection ever, it is now has Eyebrow and Eyelash mascara with more shades from dark brown to blonde. The product is made to be used as a mascara for eyelashes and brows at the same time, it's a two in one product not to be missed.

Mine is shade 500, a light brown shade. The product comes in this pretty packaging which embodies the whole concept of Autumn theme, just visit their official website where you can get a glimpse on the idea fresh from Anna Sui herself, how she pick the theme and how enchanted everything is. I couldn't help but googoo gaga about the decor.

The bottle itself is cute and rather smaller than most mascara they have (or at least from the previous collection) so perhaps this time, it is more to the eyebrow mascara than eyelash, at least for the colors since I always prefer a really dark lashes (and it is more visible too).

I'm using the eyebrow mascara after the pencil, so I draw the outer lines first, fills in the empty spots and gently draws in between. Since I believe the mascara only colors the hairs and not really made for the skin.

And they work like magic. Everything the mascara touches turns into (gold) the color it was made for. The product is comfortable to be used, glide on easily and as usual, Anna Sui's products smells good.

It also make my eyebrow seems a bit like embroidered.

As I'm using the product as an eyelash mascara, as seen, it's not really visible. Perhaps since my lashes is rather too short or I really need the color that are really dark to emphasize on number and volume so this product, as for me, is clearly made for the brows only.

The staying power is really good, stays on me for the whole day, I'm not worrying of suddenly found them missing since they have a very good grip. The mascara made it waterproof or at least water resistant.

Easy to be used, the short wand and the large to small brushes are wonderful, it can hold the long hairs to the shortest. Dispense the product evenly and most of all, convenient.

What is the fuss about their newest products?

Oh wow, where do I begin?! The palette itself is one thing, it's their brow and lash mascara (yes, two in one product), auto pencil for eyebrows, to their collectibles brushes, compact powder and BB Cream. The packaging is just hard to resist.

Everyone whose invited have tons of fun during the event, playing with the products, and yes the palette that can keep up to 6 products from 35 to choose from. What?!!! 35? Yes!!! Consist of matte colors, iridescent, shiny, sparkling to lip and cheek creams. Each comes in several items of their own. From dark and bold to super bling bling.

I was having a difficulty choosing which ones I prefer since there's a lot of good ones, so I just picked items that I haven't had before. I'm literally like a kid in a candy shop, I just wished I wasn't so sick that day. I had a terrible headache and couldn't even keep my balance, but I really do have to come no matter what, after all, this is an Anna Sui event.

This is the product. As seen on their website, they have some other mascaras too and they all have their own personalities. You can simply look for the one you want. For me, I want something that really seal the deal, completely waterproof, stays against tears, sebum, and even my greasy lids.

In terms of performance, I', expecting something that add length to my short lashes, and of course volume too and intensity in terms of black in color. It made my lashes more visible and attractive.

There seems to be several type of the wand, mine seems to be number 3. So, the same product can comes in several wand and brushes that perfect for ones lashes.

This one is just perfect for me. The tip pick up the short lashes, while the rest brings up curls and share a handful amount of black gel-cream like formula for that thickness that I want.

It's just right.

At first application it does feels a bit sticky, it is expected for this consistency, and then I though it would be annoying for the whole day, I was so wrong, within around 5 minutes or so, it sets, and sets real good. I have a tough day when using the mascara, I sweat like hitting the gym, breaking from the cold sweats to hot to having to walk for miles in the new airport in Jakarta (terminal 3 is uhhh-mayyy-ziinggg), and then events after events until around 9 pm at night and the mascara stays like non other. It is THAT good.

Other mascara melts, smudge, breaks off within minutes to perhaps an hour or two under extreme condition, this one stays for a good 7 hours on my terms. My terms means, all those sweats, tears, sebum and very greasy lid that has successfully made any other mascara 'cry', VOV Span Mascara G is a bad-ass. It never cry. .........well, at least until it was clean with a good makeup remover like reputable cleansing oils :D

In addition, the mascara add length for sure, volume and deep black intensity.

I love the dramatic side of the mascara.
