Skin79 Complete CC Cream Correct

Hello everyone,

I'm back with more product from Skin79, this time I'll be reviewing their Complete CC Cream Correct.

This item made available by Skin79 Indonesia and available at Metro Taman Anggrek, Metro Gandaria City, all Guardian & Watson (Jakarta), and Metro Ciputra World Surabaya.

Please do click on any image for larger view. The product is made to help brighten the look, protect the skin from the UV and ease wrinkle appearance. The packaging itself is simple yet looks pretty with a pearly white glow. The tube has a pump for a more hygienic reason.

Skin79 is really famous with their BB Cream(s), now it's time for me to test on their CC Cream ^__^

Use the CC Cream as a last step of skincare, meaning that you've cleaned the face, use toner, serum, and moisturizer of your choice. Based on personal experience it is best to wait for a while and let the skincare sips into the skin before applying the CC Cream. Approximately around 15 minutes.

Let's see hmm, when pumped the product is a white creamy lotion, as seen on the image above (right side) there's 1,2,3,4. Which means,
1: right after being pumped.
2. after being spread
3. massage for a while
4. finish look

The CC Cream blends in really well with the natural skin tone, covering imperfection and help makes the skin tone even out.

Below is me using the product.

Instantly, it's not just covering perfecting and even out the skin tone, the product also have whitening effect. I really like the pore-less and smooth finish as well. It is not sticky and I can go easily with a daily use by adding a loose powder only. Or a full makeup by adding liquid/compact foundation for a maximum coverage.

Bonus point, the product resist water, when sweating the CC Cream wont easily dissolve, making it a suitable for a long wear.

As tough as it is, after usage it is best to clean them up really well to avoid skin problems. You may use a good makeup remover like a high quality cleansing oil or a BB Cleanser from Skin79. Remember to treat this CC Cream as a makeup, so when not in use, clean it properly.

This time with BonBonCosme, I'll share my review on skin79 Dear Rose BB Cream.

After reading the details I was really interested in trying the product, look at it, lightweight, provide moisture balance, anti aging, protection from UVA and UVB, and hmm, whitening, not a fan of a whitening product, but hey, some of you may look for it ^__<

After finished reading, reading and reading all the details, here it is, I'm trying them on the skin.

First, a swatch on my hand, a clear view of the before after, the skin appears fairer, the pores are covered, smooth and looks soft. The fine lines also looks gone under the BB Cream.

Now, after seeing the result on my hand, I use the BB Cream on my face.

Instantly, the spots, lines, uneven skin tone are disappearing, this is nice! I also really enjoy the lovely Damask Rose scent, it is so good and comforting, whats more, the BB Cream texture is light hence easily blend on the skin. I hate a BB Cream that feels thick and too rich on the skin, Skin79 Dear Rose BB Cream is far from thick and rich. it is smooth, light and the finish is velvety on the skin without the over drying effect.

The skin instantly look fairer and younger too since the fine lines looks reduced.

The covering effect is medium to high, if anyone needs a high coverage just build it up another layer and imperfections will be hidden nicely.

On me the Dear Rose BB Cream last around 6 hours, it depends on the makeup products used afterward, personal activity, and environment as well.

Tips: Use a loose powder for a natural look or compact powder for higher coverage. Use all skincare before the BB Cream and then makeup with adequate time in between (let the skincare goes absorbed before using the BB Cream and let the BB Cream set before using makeup afterwards.)
Clean them well by using cleansing oil or a good makeup remover.

Skin79 Super Plus Beblesh Balm Triple Functions SPF25 PA + +

This is one of the item I get from Lola Box May 2013 edition, a BB Cream from Skin79. For a minute there I thought there's a typo, but it does said beblesh . . . anyone know what it mean?

The product covers redness, skin discoloration, pores, sebum and fine lines too. There's a mattefying effect which oily skin owner will enjoy but still in a natural way. I thought the tone would be too dark but somehow the cream blends into my skin tone.

The cream's texture is not as smooth as other BB I've tried, and the matte effect might absorbing the moisture out of the skin until dry, so after each usage during cleansing, do clean properly with a makeup remover so the product stop 'sucking' the skin dry.

BB Cream are meant to be used and treat like a makeup, so never skip skincare, use a moisturizer before the BB Cream. The SPF 25 PA++ is suffice for daily usage but if perhaps ones want to go to the beach or staying in the sun longer hours, please do use a higher sun protection after moisturizer and before BB Cream.

No need to use too much, spread some dots on 5 different areas on the face and blends well with fingers, if more is needed add little by little. I use around 1 corn sized cream for my face all over.

Conclusion,

the BB Cream offer somewhat the same as other BB Cream I know, slightly matte-er, a tad rougher in term of texture, gives natural finish and I think the main focus is ..... the matte effect. A bit contradictory with the trend right now, radiant and luminous glow finish. I guess it's just a matter of preference ^^

I didn't see the whitening effect and the coverage is more to the medium. Ones can add concealer or foundation for a more flawless look.

May 2013 Lola Box

Hello everyone,

this month Lola Box is a perky bright orange-yellow sunshine, please do see the video here:

There are a lot of items isn't it?! And I'll be waiting for next week where Lola will replace the expired item with the new ones.

I've tried some of the product now and like Skin79 it will be on a different blog post ^^
But for the rest of the item, I'll share my personal thoughts here:

Clarins UV+HP11 SPF40 UVA UVB PA+++ Oil Free and Anti Pollution Day Screen Multi Protection.
A milky salmon lotion which distributed easily on the skin for a velvety smooth feeling, a bit glossy but still comfortable to be used daily.

Clarins White Plus Total Luminescent Serum.
A clear cool almost 100% transparent gel that smells so good and freshen up the skin almost instantly. Absorb so fast and leave the skin plump and lovely. I would love to use it everyday just for the texture alone.

Air Lift Toothpaste
A simple toothpaste which have a properties almost like a minty chewing gum, keep giving me a fresh minty feeling up to an hour after brushing the teeth with it. The thick white paste is providing fresh breath, but I think I need more than just a fresh breath, like the one for sensitive teeth.

Masami Shouko Cleansing Sponge and Puff.
Both work well like usual, but I like the puff better since it feels softer on the skin. I know the cleansing sponge help trigger skin simulation but sometime when rub too much during cleansing will irritate my sensitive cheeks.

The Face Shop.
The Clean Face series, Toner and Lotion.
A fragrant collection that tone and moisturize the skin in a light way. I can't say anything more from the 5 ml products.
