Clear Complexion Whitening Day Cream

The product itself looks plain, a glass jar with green top. The color of the cream is velvety beige suede with a hint of cream. The texture itself is addictive, it feels wonderful on the skin, it may looks thick but on the skin it glides on effortlessly, light and comfortable at the same time. It can be a perfect match to almost all skin type, from slightly dry, normal to slightly oily. It made the skin feels moist and ready for the day, in terms of greasiness, I think it's in the low level, as in not so greasy but definitely not matte.

The moist effect last for a day until the afternoon shower.

Does it help in terms of whitening? Hmm, for me it does have a soft 'blurring' effect on the skin and increase the fairness a bit, but all in a natural and non shocking way. The scent itself is quite strong, it's the first thing that I noticed when opened it, it smells like a very fragrant herbs.

Himalaya Herbals Oil Control Lemon Face Wash (Gentle Refreshing Face Wash)

especially you who has been suffering from oily skin, it feels like a never ending combat, isn't it?! But that's okay, some says that those with oily skin usually have a younger looking skin than those with dry skin (if both left untreated), since dry skin cracks easily, making the skin wrinkled and looks dull.

Still, no ones want their skin to appears shinier than the sun, so we want those 'just right' glow, not an overwhelming one.

This is a product with natural ingredients, no paraben and sls free, no soap, hence provide the benefits from lemon and honey to cleanse the skin gently (even I can use it) and helps reduce the oils.

It's wonderful how this kind of product that helps minimize the oils can be so gentle. But of course, it's only cleanse, I still need a toner, serum and moisturizer that works well in regulating the oils as well.

Below is the texture of the product. And regarding the smell, fresh, a bit fruity like lemon and sweet like honey. It's a mix of all of them that make the product smells good.

The gel with blue dots lathers on easily on the hand and skin, apply the lather on wet skin and massage it gently. Pay special attention on area like nose and/or the whole tzone.

This product is suitable for those who wants and need daily exfoliating and in a good and gentle way. The microcirculation help the skin prep up and ready anytime. No dullness should be visible, it help skincare absorb better and makeup applied more even as well.

The beads are small and gentle enough, so does the formula, say good bye to products that cause squeaky clean skin and makes cleansing regime a painful or a part of daily duties we don't have to avoid anymore.

The scent is a bit off for me, it really like the smell I know from a dentist during a session, don't know what is it but my dentist experiences is not that wonderful and sparkling rainbow. It related to fear, pain and discomfort. Only a very good dentist in Singapore with very minimum to none pain related technique which I applauded, I found them after 30 years of struggling with 'common' dentist.

Nevertheless, despite of the scent, the product itself is recommended by me not just for the gentleness but also for not containing paraben and sls (hooray)!!

There's a lot of tiny spots in various sizes and forms. They all feels gentle on the skin and the clear gel lathers easily, suitable as a daily cleanser. Use a makeup remover first when using makeup before cleaning the skin with Himalaya Herbals Gentle Exfoliating Daily Face Wash.

Use on wet skin, lathers up on the hand and massage the skin afterwards using the lathered product. It cleans beautifully. Rinse everything off and proceed with toner, serum, moisturizer and so on, according to your need.

What do I love about this cleanser?

The refreshing feeling like no other. It's unique, it's not minty, it's not exactly cooling but freshness that very much make the skin feels so good and well, fresh. The cleanliness it provide also different than other foaming facial wash which make the skin feels depleted from moisture. The soap free formula is perfect for those with sensitive skin like mine. 

The face wash able to clean daily debris but not makeup, so when using makeup I think it is best to remove the makeup using the makeup remover with the proper needs, like if it's waterproof or oil based and so on.

How's the texture? Creamy gel in a pinkish tone that lathers beautifully without fail, comfortable to be used daily and that 'fresh' sensation somehow enveloped the skin making them instantly and momentarily fairer. A cleanser that is indeed unique and lovely at the same time.

This is a scrub that I can use, the beads is not too small yet not to big with ball shaped which very convenient and gentle for the skin. The formula itself is a non drying, even thou' it helps tackle over-'excited' oil glands, after usage the skin feels soft and moist at the same time.

The colorful beads with dominating green looks ultra cute and smells like a fresh green herbs that somehow reminds me of a dentist office.

Overall,

this is a scrub that my sensitive skin can use once a week without making them dry. The gentle beads and formula makes the skin feels soft and supple, the beads also help the circulation of the upper epidermis. The scent is fresh but a bit like medicinal, I like it, but if you don't, no worries, once everything rinsed out the smell goes away as well.
