L'Occitane Verbena Body Lotion

Thanks to my sis-in-law, I was able to try on L'Occitane Verbena Body Lotion.

Prized for its fresh, citrus aroma by women and men. A lightweight lotion that easily absorbs to comfort skin. Will eliminate the 'tight' or itchy feeling skin often has after showering. Organic extract of verbena helps to calm skin; orange, geranium and lemon tree essential oils contribute to uplifting aroma. Rich in grapeseed oil, Verbena Body Milk gently moisturizes and nourishes skin.

The lotion is a mixture between light and creamy, you can smell the citrus, but can be overwhelm by a bit of sour scents in between. I wish it could be fresh-er. The lotion can easily absorb on the skin surface after a simple massage, yet provide a medium coverage of moisturization-effect. Which is suitable for a daily use in summer or tropical islands like Indonesia all year long. Funny thing is the more you massage the lotion in, the more citrus-ey scents will come out. The moist effect last for up to 12 hours. Great thing about L'Occitane is their natural ingredients you can count on, so the essentials oils is where the fragrance's from. Yummy!

  2. Hi Stephanie,
it was somewhere in between,it's like a protective feeling on the skin and due to the essential oils you can definitely feel they are there but not as sticky nor greasy like body butter, but I heard that it is also depends on your skin condition, if your skin really dry, you will feels fresh, but if your skin is oily you will feel a (tiny) bit greasy.
