The Body Shop Indonesia Goes Online

Hello shoppers!

I'm back with The Body Shop Indonesia and yesterday is the Grand Launching of The Body Shop Indonesia Online.






Yes, www.thebodyshop.co.id have had their soft launching since May 2012 and now it's the big welcoming event.





Right behind that photo booth I found this lighting around Indonesia, dunno what it means later, I'll found out.

I am here ready to hear their presentation with Christina. We're both a fan of The Body Shop and happy to hear that they have officially open the online shop.

The increasing number of online shoppers is the trigger of Online Shop by The Body Shop, daily, there's around 2000 visitor to their site

With promotion and free delivery (current promo), customers can purchase their favorite product with the comfort of their own home, no more traffic, no more carrying heavy products in the mall (heehee, I love shopping but dislike carrying them)

And it reach all customers in Indonesia, hooray!!! That's a very good news for all of us. No more boundaries.

We have this identity card to tap in, it help spread the words through SNS.

Shopping gets easier and last night I try them at home, I've made many mistakes, including putting wrong klik bca user name, but the staff at the customer care are super duper nice, patient and explain everything to me in a calm, kind way. They help me through the whole purchasing smoothly. It's like so wonderful!! Now, I'm just waiting for the products to come and I'll share with you how long it takes for the delivery.

Until then, let's shop and have them knocking on our door without a fuss. 

Update news,

I just received my products and it is 4 days after ordering, yay! They are in good shape, perfectly safe inside the box and delivered directly by the Body Shop, yes, their own delivery system. I know sometime there's a problem, like now since there are so many order the website is jammed, but they are resolving the issue fast and always making sure all the customer are happy and satisfied.
