Eau Thermale Avene Experience

Last week I was invited by Indonesia Beauty Blogger and Avene to attend an Eau Thermale Avene Experience event at Senayan City at the Atrium.

The first thing that I do when I'm there is refresh myself with their famous Eau Thermale Thermal Spring Water, there's a massive traffic jam that day and we are all exhausted upon arriving, the event itself also start very late, hence this refreshing water is much needed.

Since the event starts late, I get a chance to take pictures in the venue. It was very pretty, seems like the organizer tried their best in representing France to come alive.

We can also see the arrays of products from Avene. For me, that day highlights are on the famous Eau Thermale and their sunscreen. A product that can be used by anyone at any age.

The organizers, hosts, representative from Avene International and everyone is ready, we're waiting for one doctor to come and we can start the event.

Everyone, even the passerby can come and try the product on the spot and purchase their favorite items. In this opportunity, Avene also announces the launch of their sun protection product.

Perlindungan dari bahaya UVA dan UVB bagi kulit sensitif dari rangkaian Avene Sun Care Series

Jakarta, 30 May 2015 - Sepanjang waktu kondisi kulit manusia mengalami perubahan yang dipengaruhi dari berbagai faktor baik internal maupun eksternal. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan berubahnya kondisi kulit antara lain terpapar sinar ultraviolet (UV) dari matahari. Sinar UV terbagi menjadi sinar UVB yang dapat menyebabkan kulit terbakar (sunburn), memerah dan mengelupas, sedangkan UVA berakibat lebih fatal lagi, yaitu hiperpigmentasi, penuaan dini serta kanker kulit. Tentang Avene Thermal Spring Water (ATSW)

I'm happy to say that I'm also one of Avene Eau Thermale Spring Water user and my family too. We all love using it just about anytime. It providing everything as mentioned above. 2 hours from the schedule, finally Dr. Ariani arrived at the venue and start sharing on her expertise, her clinic, all her accomplishment, with a bit of Avene.

Sorry to say but I wish the event would involve the products more and a more insightful experience in using the eau thermale water and sunscreen, after all the title of the event is Eau Thermale Avene Experience.

Nevertheless, since we all went back with the products, the experience could start there.

This suncare is available at any stores that seels Avene and I personally recommended anyone to try them and use it daily, both is crucial and needed at every household.

The dun protection is water resistant so it stays better than a normal product. Which means, you can use it when swimming as well. A water resistant sunscreen also have resistant against sweat, it is not sweat proof, but again, better than conventional sunscreen.

The product comes in a pump tube bottle, I love this kind of packaging as it helps to protect the product from contamination, so it is more higienic.

All the necessary details are provided on the packaging and box. Please do read everything carefully upon using for a maximum benefit from the product. As Avene products are not cheap, you do want them to be fully "functionized".

And now, the one that usually make or break regarding using a sunscreen, how is the texture? Is it heavy, creamy, gives the skin white cast?

The creamy lotion surprisingly feels light on the skin, not ultra light, just light enough. And when applied it does feels comfortable and doesn't feel heavy.

There's a glistening effect like most sunscreen product have, but it's brearable and not so obvious.

I like the refreshing mineral scent, it is pleasant. For a while right after applying it might feel sticky at first, but it'll settle down and become velvety soft.

There's a mild cooling sensation, perhaps this is because of the hydration inside and it made the skin feels even more comfortable.

And for the white cast? As seen, it doesn't really shown.

Would I keep on using? Definitely!

This is a very good sunscreen that contain SPF 50+ with broad UVA and UVB protection.

Since it is water resistant and not waterproof, the product need a bit more re applying compared to the waterproof ones but not as much as the non water resistant and non waterproof sunscreen.
