The Saem Indonesia

How are you?! It's Monday and I have wonderful news for you, The Saem is now available again in Indonesia. The re-launching celebration has been held last Saturday at Lotte Shopping Avenue.

The Saem means fountain or spring in Korean and it has a symbolic reference to source of ceaseless wisdom, idea, assets, inspiration. The name refers to our guest to discover and collect the hidden beauty asset that nature renders us as heritage.

From 2010 until now 2015, 350 shops in Korea and overseas, including Indonesia, The Saem with their Urban Ecology concepts that brings variety and high quality products with a practical and affordable prices.

Using natural ingredients from all over the world, The Saem brings effective and safe beauty products from skincare to makeup.

Price varies from Rp. 59.000 to above 1 million Rupiah per item.

Before I went to the event last Saturday, around a week before, I met the Brand Director at one of their store which is located in SOGO Kelapa Gading Mall. I've played and take a sneak peak on their products. Many of them are unique and fun. Most of all, their prices are comfortable for the budget.

A lot of Korean brand cosmetic comes with a hefty price tag when they reach Indonesia, hence so many online shops offer a much more lower price, with The Saem, I think they are going to bring a healthy competition to the market. For consumer? A gorgeous Korean product that comes in reasonable price, hooray!!!

Above is the swatch of their gel lasting eye tint, it's an eyeshadow that comes in a creamy gel formula. Easy to blend and last longer than many powder eyeshadow. The color is so pretty, choose from the 10 shades and soon I'll be sharing my review on one of their shade.

These are the creamy blush, they are creamy and comes in a good pigmentation. It blends well on the skin with powdery finish. The one at the far right is  the powder formula, compare the differences below. If you prefer a more soft blush, opt for the powder, and it you're looking for a more than just a hint, pick the creamy formula.

Ta da!!! And yes, I want them all, don't you?! Look at the image below, their products looks so cute, comes in many colors and the packaging is sweet and girly too. I find them beautiful, colorful and looks dependable.

Lip balms, lip color in lipstick, tint, oil and creamy formula (yes, that's a lot!!!). Pinkest pink to deep purple, it's all here. I love how they bring more shades than just red to pink.

They also have mood lipstick, the one that chance color according to our natural lip color and 'warmth', they seriously have tons of products we can play with.

The lip tints also so pretty!! Suitable for those who are looking for options than just conventional lipstick and normal colors (red-pink).

I can compare The Saem with one of the most popular (and pricey) brand in Korea >.<

Their packaging that has 'Eco' in it also recyclable.

One of the things that I really fond of, is that they incorporate natural ingredients and benefits into a makeup, like these Honey Sugar Lipstick, yet still give pays off colors.

Most of their products are in the Rp.100.000 range, so with around 100k you can find a good quality products that offers more than just makeup.

And here are one of their skincare collection, the Iceland. Comes in a cool blue packaging and design, it offers cooling hydration for the skin.

Their texture are light, comfortable and suitable for tropical climate. Nobody wants a heavy creams, we always opt for a lighter and more friendlier formula for the hot and humid weather here.

These are perfect.

Same goes with their serums too, we can simply choose according to our skin concerns.

Beside skincare and makeup, they also have hand sanitizers called Hand Clean Gel that comes in a scented formula. They smell so good!!

Or a wider selection for hand essence or creams from soft to fragrant variant.

This is the first time for me to try on a hand essence, the texture is lighter than hand cream and absorbed faster on the skin with a gentle touch of hydration.

I can't help but tried them all, heehee, it may be just a teeny tiny bit, but they do make me wants more. Since they are just freshly done, most of the tester are new, I can try on the lipstick directly on my lips =^___^=

I love the color!! Super pretty!!

One of the coolest item is this clear glossy tint.

It looks so clear and like any other gloss.

But when used, look at the pink swatch at the left side (the right one is another tint in color), that pink glossy is the clear tint we see above. So when it touches the skin, it changes color.

And when the glossy liquid is removed, the tint remains on the skin, amazing, right?!

Next in line is the Cheek Gradation, it is a highlighter and blush in one, a brush also given underneath the product.

Here's another lipstick, yes, they do have a lot of products, and to tell you the truth, this solo post wont be able to cater all of them.

With much excitement from the last visit on their store, I went into their re-launching event last Saturday to meet these babies again!!

At their store in Lotte Shopping Avenue (1st floor), I manage to find all of those lovelies products as well. And I continue to try them on.

Their skincare also smells good, it is relaxing and not overwhelming.

When there's so many people at the re-launching I think a good hygiene is needed, the first thing that comes into my mind is their hand gel, below you can see the texture.

This is Grace Peony.

The full collection comes in 5 variants, Grace Peony, Sugar Peach, Pure Green Tea, French Raspberry, and Mandarin Oriental.

They are gel at first, but melts like dew on the skin, so cool and smells good too. It helps cleans the skin from germs, if you're a mall lover like me, these gels are the must. Use it everytime after touching items in public area such as door knobs, escalator hand rails, lift buttons, and before meals.

During the re-launch, everyone can enjoy a 20% off for every Rp.500.000 purchase and 30% off for every Rp.1 mio purchase. I think they'll still have promotion as well during these times.

Look at that!! They have Apply and Peel long lasting tint, the one that I've been looking for. Hmm, the Koreans keep making trends nowadays.

And then I saw this beautiful blush that comes with a pretty puff, look at the pink bow, so cute >.~

And it's new heehee, so I try it on the cheeks, the color comes out romantic and sweet.

The powder is soft and delicate enough but still buildable if I want more pinkness hue.
