Brighter Skin with Vitacreme B12

Hello everyone,

Recently Sociolla sent me their beauty box, and this time it contain products that help brighten up the skin tone, making them looking fairer, less dark spots and contain sun protection as well to keep fair skin away from skin irritation, sun burn to eventually leads to darker skin.

I've review them one by one some time ago when they are sent by Vitacreme B12.

As both of them play an equal part in helping and keeping the skin fair they are actually work best when used on different time according to my experience.

Vita Blanc are a brightening product that best to be used during the night as it help skin to regenerate, ease out the dark skin spots and eventually with the calming and anti inflammation ingredients that might work best when we sleep.

For me, I prefer using moisturizer with plenty of hydration during the day to keep my skin moist. Jakarta is hot and the air con also contribute making the skin dry, I use a serum that promote hydration, moisturizer with the same function as keeping my skin moist and top it off with the Day Cream as it contain the sunscreen my skin needs during the day. It has SPF 30+++ UVA and UVB solar filters and a good staying power for the day.

I use the Day Cream right before make up.

I'm using Vita Blanc on my body as well, like the arms and legs, or areas that are darker since they are exposed to the sun. It does helps them as well.

For the face, some people may have different reaction to the product, especially Vita Blanc, this is actually pretty common since we do have different skin type, allergies and condition. Do pay attention to the skin and what it needs, when using new product try to see the differences and allergic reaction. Stop when you think it is not comfortable, when you see visible redness, acne or purging.

When using (any) skincare, always use it on a clean skin with clean hands as well.

Bright skin doesn't always means white, it means that you have a clear healthy skin that glows with radiance.

The product is made to be used like moisturizer that contain sun protection. On a cleaned skin, after toner and serum.

If your skin happens to be very dry, use a hydrating moisturizer prior using the day cream, so the day cream only acts as a sun protection. With the SPF 30+++ UVA and UVB protection, it pretty much should last all day.

It is important to use a sun protection 15 minutes before 'greeting' the sun.

The product itself is a creamy formula but not heavy. More like a rich lotion that melts when touching the skin and doesn't leaves a striking white residue on the skin like some sunblocks.

The moisturizing effect is light, so for me, a hydrating moisturizer is definitely needed before using the Day Cream.

After the Day Cream, I can simply can start using makeup start from the base. Whenever I have time, it is always best to let each step settled around 5-10 minutes.

The formula is easily absorbed by the skin and doesn't leaves any greasy nor oily feeling. Same goes when it is applied on the lips, it's like it is gone instantly. I really like the texture and lightweight formula, it's just the scent that I think overwhelming, like very fragrant. On the lips it feels like I'm eating perfume.

Apart from that, the product works quite well and unlike other balm that comes with balmy feeling and sensation on the skin. It is almost like lotion.

Overall,

a pinkish creamy yet light lotion that benefits the sensitive eyes area and lips at the same time. It smoothed the area and made them looks relaxed and on the lips they do appear hydrated and no longer chapped. I can feel the immediate effect but without any balmy feeling like most lip balm do. The only thing that puts me off is the scent, which is overwhelming when used on the lips.

Apart from the eyes and lips, I can also use it on areas where the lines are deep, like laughing lines. It helps reducing the wrinkle.

I've been using this as a second tube, I've received one before and has been using it diligently. The lotion becomes liquid due to the hot temperature in Jakarta, so it has to be put inside a fridge for a better 'lotion' experience. I actually didn't know at first, but one of my aunt told me that products from Europe usually thick, so this one must 'melt' because of the heat in Jakarta.

The lotion is like butter on the skin, it glides on easily. The pinkish creamy liquid moisturize the skin gently, so it is not heavy nor greasy. More like a normal daily lotion.

The scent is like a subtle floral musk, just like the rest of the series, the scent are similar. The lotion doesn't last long on dry skin, so I have to re-apply after around 4-6 hours, but for those with normal skin can comfortably use it twice a day after shower.

Beside the hydration, I don't really see any other significant benefit, hydration itself help prevent the skin from irritation and aging, so I guess it's in the package.

The list of ingredients and details are provided on the box and at the packaging, it's not much, but it's somewhat enough.

I guess for them, vita blanc is a simple product, a cream that helps enlighten the skin tone, calming and can be used anytime by almost everybody.

The product itself comes in a tube, similar to vitacreme, the vita blanc is made as a whitening product.

The cream supposed to be thicker, but due to the heat in Indonesia, the product is similar to a creamy lotion. So it is very easy to be used as the formula is not heavy on the skin.

The slightly pinkish creams smells similar to vitacreme, it's subtle and calming at the same time. Nothing special about the scent, but it's kinda typical to brands made in Europe to have this kind of scent.

The formula feels and looks greasy at first, it even give a white cast, but after a while, it settles and does not feels nor looking greasy anymore. The white cast also disappears.

I'm using the cream as a moisturizer and it does gives my skin a fairer finish. The moisturizing effect is light and for those with dry skin, I think you need to add a hydrating serum before usage.

I'm also using it as a body moisturizer and it works out pretty well too. The creamy lotion glide easily on the skin, providing just enough moisture for the body and a hint of lighter shade after days and weeks of using the product. This is perfect as during traveling, I always stays longer under the sun compared to when I'm at home.

As mentioned above, the product also comes in fresh pink gel that easily penetrated into the skin. So light and feels comfortable on the skin. Nobody wants a heavy cream or products as a skincare nowadays, we want efficacy and comforts for sure.

The serum is used on a cleaned face and after toner. Gently massage some drops of the serums to the whole face and neck too. Use moisturizer afterwards. So far the product is compatible when used with toner and moisturizer from other brands.

The cream is light pink and feels airy. Upon usage, it can easily penetrate on the skin leaving them soft and smooth without any greasy nor oily residue. I've been using it for my face, neck and body too.

Being a 35 years old, my skin need something more than just ordinary lotion, this creams seems to be the answer. It helps the skin to be hydrated and firmer too.

When used with other products from the same series (like the serum) the products does works better and see visible result faster. The one result that I like is the firmer skin.

A tube comes in a 50 ml size, and since I'm using it for the neck and body too, I'm finishing the whole tube within 2 weeks. if you're only use the face area, I think the whole tube can last for 1-2 months.

The Regenerative Cream, this is actually my favorite product and I can clearly see why it's becoming the star product. I do recommend the Regenerative Cream for anyone, and beside for facial use, the cream can also be used for the body as well. The cream penetrates wonderfully on the skin and since I'm 35 this year, conventional body lotion wont do, I need something that offer a better moisturizing effect but not the greasy and buttery kind, more like rich in nourishment like this wonderful Regenerative Cream.

  This is a unique product, an eye and lip balm in one. I've tried them as a lip balm and it does stay non sticky and absorbed easily on the skin, but I can't stand the aroma, it's too fragrant for the lips, feels like I'm 'eating' cosmetic. On the other hand, the balm actually feels good on the skin, unlike most balm, this product doesn't have that greasy and balmy effect whatsoever.
