I just get back from an event with Clinique and they share with me a lot of new exciting products. Some of them already in the market for a while, still, they are as fresh as these roses.

These are Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer

A foundation-and-concealer in one for a natural, beyond perfected look that lasts all day. Lightweight, moisturizing makeup covers thoroughly without clogging pores. Skin breathes comfortably, colour stays true, even through sweat and humidity.

How to Use

• Using the large backside of the wand, sweep foundation across your forehead, cheeks, and chin. Then use the angled tip of the applicator – that has a slight dip in it to hold more product – to cover down the bridge of the nose and across the jawline. Blend well with fingers.


• Finish by using the pointy tip to spot conceal any trouble areas – under the eyes, around the outside of the nose, on top of blemishes. Pat and blend well with fingers.

There are 5 shades available here out of 6 in Indonesia. From 61 to 65.

I do recommend anyone to try it on the counter if interested since purchasing based on other people swatches can be misleading in terms of foundation.

There are several tones, from pinkish to yellowish (golden) and beige (nude) to neutral which is something in between. 61 is Ivory for Fair and Nude, 62 is Rose Beige for Fair and Pink, 63 is Fresh Beige for Fair and Golden, 64 is Cream Beige for Medium and Golden, 65 is Neutral for Medium and Golden.

And these are Chubby Lash Fattening Mascara.

During the event, Clinique shared with me five of them, 06 is Bodacious Black Honey (red maroon), 04 is Massive Midnight (navy), 01 is Jumbo Jet (black), 02 is Portly Plum (purple) and 03 is Two Ton Teal (in...teal).

How to Use

• To create a basic, tight line: While looking into a mirror, tilt head 10° back, making it easier to see the lash line. Starting at outer corner of eye, draw a line to the middle of the lashline. Repeat from inner corner of eye, connecting to the first line.
• To enhance lashes: While looking into a mirror, tilt head 10° back, making it easier to see the lash line. Position Skinny Stick on top of lashes and wiggle the pencil tip back and forth in between lashes to fill in gaps.

There are favorite colors according to the beauty advisors. white is for sure has become a hit along with black and brown. Blue and green also making their way, and yellow are considered the least.

But people nowadays already looking for new shades for they inner liner and these babies are super soft yet have a good staying power too.

And the palette. Pretty Easy eye palette consist of 8 shades of eyeshadows in nudes and 2 skinny sticks in brown and black.

The shades are really soft and delicate to be used on the eyes.

That's it from the cosmetic world, but they also have some new skincare in line as well. I have mine and will review it soon. I'm still too excited as it is famous for being the 'best' serum there is, or 'smart' to be exact.
