Hello everyone,

These are The Body Shop Spa Fit collection. The full series consist of 4 items with scrub and toning concerntrate, mine are Firming & Toning Gel-Cream Massager and Toning Massage Oil.

I chose these babies because I'm 35 now and my skin is not as firm as they are used to. Aging is not the only factor, gaining and losing weight from pregnancy and child birth also becomes one of the factor. While exercise can help the core muscle to become stronger and lifting up our posture, the skin still needs help.

Proper diet that contain collagen helps from within and products like Spa Fit works on the skin surface.

Twist the applicator to release the gel-cream. Massage into thighs using a using firm, circular motion, working up to the buttocks. Finish the application with hands using light, upward strokes until all the gel-cream is absorbed.

The gel cream is like prescribed, smells so good and zesty, citrus fan would went over heels happily using them thanks to the scent alone.

The massager works as a massager alright and look at the image above, like my skin has been massaged and rubbed, it literally help the micro circulation and the gel-cream absorbed better too. It has this tingling sensation, a pleasing one.

I can use it on areas that need firming, and as always, I know that these kind of treatments are made not just as an instant revolution, more like a continuous treatment that need to be done on a regular basis. 

The issue I found from using the massager is that, they get stuck, and it is kinda not easy cleaning it. I have to rinse it and it's a good thing that they are waterproof. The one that stuck at the curves and bits of the rubbery like massager can't be fully used on the skin, since it's stuck there. I can use my finger but still, some would still be sticking over.

Overall, the pros and cons in using the Gel Cream Massager,
Love the 'hands-free' massager but dislike the curves and corner where the gel can be stuck there and doesn't necessarily get on to the skin. 

Love the cool tingling sensation that last for 10-15 minutes and made my body feels cooler, unlike other products that burns and feels hot on the skin. 

Love the zesty citrus scent but it only last as long as the tingling sensation does. 

Love how it help the micro-circulating effect on the skin, the redness seems to be a sign that the blood underneath are working and the firming action has starting but patience is still the key with perseverance as making this routine as a daily habit to see a significant result.

And finally, love how it made the skin feels soft and supple.

A massage oil that helps firming the skin and break the fat cells within reach. Contain lemon and grapefruit essential oils that are known to help removing fats from the area applied. When consumed, lemon and grapefruit oils also breaking fat cells from within and at our digestion system, this Massage Oil is not for consuming, but as a massage oil, so it should help on the area applied (skin) only.

The aroma is more lemony and fresh. I love how the oils penetrate on to the skin and quickly absorbed. Doesn't leave a greasy nor oily remarks on the skin, same goes with the Gel Cream Massager. But this one doesn't have that tingling and cooling sensation, more like a fresh citrusey massage oil.

I love getting massages, so now, instead of a regular massage oil, I'm using the Toning Massage Oil as it helps toning the skin for a firmer feel and look. It is not an instant solution too, more like a product that helps the overall effort from exercising, proper diet, and so on. A compliment or addition of a firming/slimming/toning lifestyle.
