 I don't really use an eye primer before, thinking I'm not diligent enough to put one extra product for the eyes makeup, oh, I'm so wrong. Using an Eyeshadow Base Aquatique will makes the eyeshadow pops even better, more vibrant and the color actually last longer than using none. The waterproof material also made the eyeshadow remain 'undisturbed' by sweats.

The appearance of the base is actually quite nude, 01 is not your shade? No worries, the product comes in 7 shades, you should find one that matches your eyelids. And like seen on the image above, it blends right through my natural eyelid skin tone and made them more even all over.

The ingredients also made the eyelid looks better when it is a bit darker than the surrounding. The product itself is velvety but help eyeshadow to 'stick' better. This goes for those powdery eyeshadow where they tend to 'fly' here and there when used.

Overall,

A simple product made for the eyelids, easily used by fingers and blended in nicely and naturally. The base provide a base for the eyeshadow to 'stick' , 'stay' and be more vibrant longer, better and effortless.
