Hello lovelies,
from the recent event with The Face Shop and Kawaii Beauty Japan, the bloggers get a set of products from The Face Shop.
One of them is this beautiful liquid lippie called Ink Lipquid.
-*-
Mine happen to be in RD02. So I think, it's in the red zone.
-*-
The product is like a pen, small but not tiny, and the box do provide sufficient information regarding the ingredients, but not much than that.
From the name itself, ink is related to stain and lipquid perhaps referring to the liquid lipstick.
-*-
Opening it with a twist and you'll found the wand and the liquid lippie inside. As seen, mine is a red and a red can be. So bold, vivid, and I love the freshness of a hint of orange on the pool of reds.
-*-
Bright, vibrant and alive. Those are the three words that comes to my mind when I see the swatch. The product is smooth and almost like a thin liquid crayon in texture.
-*-
When wiped off, the stain remains on the skin, same goes when it is on the lips. We can also opt from the glossy wet lips to silent matte stained looking pouts.
-*-
Here's when the lipquid not long after being applied on the lips. It's red, bright and a bit glossy even after a while.
The color is fulfilling and can be layered but not so much due to the slightly rich but thin texture. It stays on the spot but not wipe-proof.

And here's the look after being dabbed with tissue around 2 times.
The look become much softer and more suitable for those who are looking for a faint natural color in their daily look.
-*-
The product doesn't stand a chance against eating, but still, the color do looks amazing and I can simply apply some more. Re-applying the product also easily done since they wont noodle, crumble with the old ones and stays great.
Thank you The Face Shop.
