The Body Shop Drops of Youth Bouncy Eye Mask

Hello lovelies,

this is a new product in The Body Shop Indonesia and it's getting raved for being able to soothe and pampered the eyes area as an eye gel or mask. The multi function product can be used as a compress too for depuffing. Simply put it inside the fridge approximately 1 hour before usage or around 20-30 minutes in the freezer and use it to help chill, pamper and cooling area under the eyes.

The product comes in a small jar, greenish clear one with black cap. The product inside is something that most people would expect from an eye care, in gel texture, cloudy and seems very cool. By looking at the consistency, we expect something that light and refreshing with fresh moist effect.

To use as a cream, apply a pea-sized amount onto fingertips and gently tap around the eye contour. To use as a mask, apply a thin layer under your eyes and leave to rest overnight. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.

Above and below are an illustration on where to use it as a mask, using it as an eye care routinely just dab a bit like using an eye cream.

The gel as seen is super light and give my eyes a nice cool refreshing feeling.

You may use more for a more cooling effect especially after putting inside the fridge or less when you want to use it as a daily skincare routine, it's a versatile product for sure. I can gently swipe the excess after 20 minutes and went to bed.

The thing is, I'm a mom of two and very busy lifestyle, sleeping is a privilege for me hence getting a good (at least) 8 hours of sleeps is almost impossible without being awaken so many times. So deep sleep is a rare even for me, hence see the image below, even with makeups on, my eyes still looks tired and need some sleep. The bags are there.

The image above is before usage of these bouncy eye mask. So, around a week ago (or so), I was given the product by The Body Shop Indonesia and immediately using the product routinely, as a mask and eye cream, below is the effect of using it, my eyes look fresher and the bags are less visible. Do I get enough sleep these days? Still no! I don't have any significant differences in my lifestyle too, so the effects are purely by using Drops of Youth Bouncy Eye Mask on daily basis.

Whether indoor (above) or outdoor (below) my eyes looks great thanks to the gel. Simply use it on a clean skin after toner and serum (for the face) and then ask a mask or sleeping mask, or eye cream, apply Drops of Youth Eye Mask on eyes area, before last putting on moisturizer (on the face).

You may or may not use a stainless spatula and gently massage the eyes area, or use a stainless spoon by lightly tapping, or like me, chill the product inside a fridge before usage, either way, this product works like a charm in cooling, depuffing, and making them appear fresh and alive.

Remember that the eyes are the windows of our soul? With this baby, your eyes will look more crisp and attractively youthful.
