The texture of the toner is unlike others where it's mostly watery, this one is slightly like gel and it's a pleasant surprise on where the lavender got out on the cotton pad, like a real flowers are inside. so cute. Sometime I'm using a cotton pad and sometime just squirt some on my palm and the gel like formula with it's cool texture helps the skin to soothe and relaxed. It's a unique texture and unique effect, no wonder it becomes a favorite by many.
As mentioned above the lavender smell is amazing and so fragrant, I'm enjoying as it makes me de-stress, I guess that's the sole effect of lavender, other than a well known anti-bacterial. Royalties in French have been using lavender for centuries thanks to it's many properties, I guess it's good for the skin too.

I can damped some cotton pad with the toner and use them as facial mask or like any other toner wipe my skin or by dabbing movement on the skin to help seals the moisture.
Overall,
does it worth the rave? Kinda, thanks to the gel-like texture and lavender, but it still has paraben in the ingredient list.
