Hello lovelies,
after a day of using makeup, nothing beats a clean skin under a fresh layer of skincare. Hence, cleaning all those makeup, dirt, sweats, and oh just about anything that doesn't belong to the skin is simply crucial.
I know there's a lot of makeup remover out there, from the ingredients itself we can surely tell which is which. Waterproof makeup needs oil to clean them as it is water-proof. So as long as it is not waterproof, any good cleanser can clean makeup well.

One particular areas that needs special attention, eyes. It has thinner skin, rather fragile compared to the others, and sensitive too. Like you really don't want to have to much pressure on those areas (yet, we put the strongest makeup there since they are often watery). So it kinda a dilemma, on one side it can easily irritate the eyes, but we felt like naked when we didn't dress the eyes with eyeliners, mascaras and eyeshadows.
So, take away the guilt, get a really good cleanser that cleans well but cares as much.

So, does it really works? Hmm, on waterproof makeups, it is not really 100% strong enough. I struggled to get them clean using only this cleanser, so I have to break down the particles using cleansing oils first and then followed by Camomile Gentle Eye Makeup Remover to pick up the residue.
Just simply damp a cotton pad or cotton bud with the watery formula (that looks really close to water), careful not to put too much on cotton pad as it will sips into the eyes, and gently tap the area using that cotton pad, let it sits for a while when needed and swipe it off. It still have a bit of warm sensations on the eyes area where usually we put eyeliners on, perhaps since there's still SLS in the ingredients. It cleans pencil eyeliners, eyeshadow, base, and everything that doesn't have a title of waterproof makeup, and I use it on my lips too to clean lipsticks.
Overall,
a good, sensitive-wise, a bit sticky in the end (when not rinsed), effective and simple product that easy to be used. Contact lens wearer will enjoy using it since there's no stings, cloudiness, nor redness afterwards. When used with an oil based makeup remover, it is best as a double cleanser.
Thank you The Body Shop Indonesia.
