Hello lovelies,
this is Rouge Coco, Ultra Hydrating Lip Colour from Chanel.

ROUGE COCO, the iconic CHANEL lipstick, reinvented. A new formula for more sensoriality and hydration all day long. A new palette inspired by the close friends of Mademoiselle Chanel, those who simply called her Coco. 24 shades compose the ROUGE COCO clique: Arthur, Adrienne, Roussy, Dimitri and more.
• The combination of three vegetable waxes−mimosa, jojoba and sunflower−hydrates, nourishes the lips and ensures immediate and lasting comfort.
• A silicone wax delivers a new sensory experience. Softer and more melt-away, gliding on more easily for an immediate sensation of fusion with the lips.
• A new polymer film and silicone microbeads encourage lasting hold and boosted shine.

The packaging itself is their usual black box with golden and silvery white details, nothing really special, it's just how they make my heart flutter, excited for what's inside, a lipstick with a plum tone, the one that I've been looking for.
-*-
And there she is, with CHANEL written on her, the beautiful plum colored lipstick with gold holding her up. That's pretty!!
-*-
Like most high end lipstick, they do have that 'scent' of a perfumed cosmetic, but Chanel's is kind and forgiving, they are not as fragrant as other brand, or perhaps to those who enjoy a more subtle aroma in their cosmetic.

The minute the lipstick touches my lips, the feeling and the sensation of a lipstick at her own class is immediately felt, it's just sublime. So soft, silky, smooth and the intensity of the formula is just right. The lips immediately feel pampered and I was like forgetting my dry, chapped lips, it was, "do I even have dry lips before?", it has becoming a big blur of thing in the past.
And the color, oh la la. It's beautiful and true in every angle possible.

The shine, the gloss and the pigment are all there.
The stain as well, after being wiped off, the moisture and hydration are still available on the lips, like they are completely heal and moving on from their dry spell. The color of the plum is still there too, just the gloss and shine are removed.
-*-
Above is the look when the lipstick is wiped off, as seen, the lips still in the same color, but thinner and stained like.
-*-
And somehow the lipstick makes me want to take millions of images, the smoothness, the color, the intensity, the texture, the lipstick glide on and covering everything it touches like a fitted gloves with shines and loveliness. I love how the ingredients pampering the lips without the need of a lip balm before.
The color and shine stays on me for hours and hours, I only need to touch up after a meal or a drink, the product still does transfer but the stain remains.
