Everyday With Simply Stay by Mustika Ratu

Mustika Ratu is a brand that I think most Indonesian already aware of.  So when I have a chance to bring it abroad, I brought them.

Now, below are the products sent to me:

A package consist of moisturizer for normal to dry skin, moisturizer for normal to oily skin, liquid foundation, stick foundation, and two way cake.

The shades are varied from beige, yellow and light base.

The collections should be suitable for Indonesian, the variety of the shades are made especially for us.

I've tried the moisturizer for normal to dry skin and it feels light to the touch, but I dislike the powdery scent which reminds me a lot of a certain body lotion. On the skin, after a while, it feels a bit rich and heavy, it doesn't penetrate well. And I couldn't find much differences with the the Normal to Oily moisturizer. The good news is, this kind of moisturizer is perfect for those looking for a moist effect on the skin.

My skin is a mixed between pearly white and smoothie yellow. Hmm, I think their selections of shade are quite natural and mixable.

The liquid foundation may seems light but on the skin the coverage is medium and easily buildable. Makeup artist in Japan, doesn't like to apply a heavy makeup for our skin, they like to see our natural skin being enhance, when applying the liquid foundation on me, the makeup artist only took a swipe or two and the skin already transformed and looks better.

The first thing that I've noticed is the redness are disappearing, the large pores reduces and the fine lines looks softer.

By adding the two way cake in mixed colored too, the coverage become higher than before.

The stick foundation is suitable for shading since the color is darker than the rest on my skin.

A more flawless base on most of the area beside the node. I think it kinda noodling on large pores. So the makeup artist has to clean the nose are and replace it with another makeup.
Then, I still need some concealer for the acne and acne scars.

After finish with topping off with some concealer, we add some colors to the skin.

Overall,

The products are suitable for those looking for a moist finish with a simple application yet able to give the skin a medium coverage. I'm not really a fan of the scent but the lightness is something that I think most of us will enjoy, after all, nobody likes a heavy feeling on their skin. Last but not least, it does stays on the skin exactly 8 hours, after that the makeup will melt and starts to crumble.

Tips: A bit tricky when applying the foundation since it doesn't dries up instantly, wait for around 3-4 minutes so it'll set before next application.

Using the liquid foundation and two way cake is suitable for those with dry skin. The stick foundation is more friendly for those with oily skin type.
