7 Facts about me :

1. Multitask: I do numerous thing in one go, back in college days I put my sheets on my toilet walls and read 'em while brushing my teeth and waiting for the hair mask to work. Now, when I blog, while I'm waiting for the pics to be uploaded, I do the dishes, laundry and mop the floor, yes, I do my own stuff, I'm not a princess yet.

2. A bit (some say a lot) Neurotic: Can't stop thinking. It's like my brain really love to works.

3. Almost Genius: My IQ is 135

4. Love math, geometry and Algebra. I also have a thing with numbers, for me statistic rocks!

My review:
The Serum is watery and indeed feels light on my skin, you can do the massaging technique until they are fully absorbed. Using upward circular motion and don't forget to ask the staff in the store how to do it in a proper way or better, join the beauty class.

The serum light texture smells a bit fruity and a lot like cosmetics, perhaps it's the packaging, but the apple, honey and pomegranate is there alright. I can't say I feel an immediate effect, so this review only based on the first try. Moist, hydration is all I can feel. TBS made this for 40+. Recommended use at least 1 week to see/feel the difference.

My review:

The velvety orange cream feels luxurious and so easy to glide on my skin. It's like they are so soft and smooth. The gorgeous orange scent is like, well, like a car freshener (in Orange), really! But I love how it smell and hopefully that's the vitamin C works on my skin surface too. I can see my face become more radiant and I think since the Vitamin C is around 5% (or so I was told) it can be use by like anyone. Higher Vitamin C can work better as antioxidant and lighten skin tone plus even remove dark/brown spots, but for some sensitive skin higher level of Vitamin C may react some allergies/redness. 

Okay back to the product review, I think it work well as a makeup base, mix it up with foundation or any liquid based for added smoothness and radiance. I get this healthy glow that I really like and it's one of the things that is a must have.

I can see many ways using this product, as a complement, base, added radiant, or just helping a sun protection to blend in. Try it, you'll love the texture ^___^

Roseberry Spa Review and Giveaway

Yesterday after keep getting lost I finally reached Roseberry Spa. They are located near Hotel Sanno, right across Shell gas station and in front of Laguna Apartment, yes, Roseberry Spa is tucked in Pluit, Jakarta. It's not difficult to find them, it's just I'm not familiar with the location.

After making an appointment which is necessary since they always booked, especially on weekend, so I have mine on weekdays.

When I reached there I was greeted with their friendly staffs and lovely aromatherapy scent. Mineral drinks are given upon arrival with registration paper need to be filled. Everything was a breeze. I got their vouchers from L'Oreal Hair Paris Indonesia (Facebook) via DealKeren.com. Actually they give me some credits and I can choose which vouchers I wanna get, cool isn't it?!

I was planning to use the vouchers with my girlfriends, unfortunately on the designated day 2 of them bailed out due to their responsibility, so I'm here with my girl.

Since there are 2 of us, there's only one room to accommodated 2 person in a go. Couple Room which is decorated in . . .

No, no, I'm not in an aquarium, I'm in the Ocean Room.

We was at awe looking at their details, everything is like in deep blue sea. Love it!

Love the blue atmosphere and well, too bad the bed sheets are not in the same theme. But everything inside the room is, oh and one more thing, they should've accustomed each room with the music too instead of having it from the central. It would be so cool isn't it?

Look at these! There's even sands and shells on the decor ^____^

And when everything is ready and prepared for me, I'm changing my clothes for the massage. I'm having a Hot Stone Massage and My girl is having a Relaxing Massage. We're both feels happy with the treatment, the therapist are indeed experienced. My muscles apparently to tense, I feel it aching everywhere, but the after effect is very good. Both of us have a very good night sleep last night.

The massage bed is hard for me when I'm lying on my top, busty me ^__^. After the massage the therapist will wipe us with warm towel to remove the massaging oil. We aren't suggested to take a shower after the massage. Ginger tea and snacks are given after the massage. Wonderful! I feel like a week stress and tension are gone!

Someday I'll try their complete spa but 'till then I have a good news for you my readers.

Natur Ginseng Conditioner

Hi all! I've been using this conditioner on and off lately. It was a part of Natur pack that I get. Apparently Natur have 2 types of conditioner, Olive and Ginseng.

Mine is ginseng which not really scented as strong ginseng. The white cream is not thick, I use it after washing my hair and only on middle part of my hair all the way to the ends. For me it provide a light protection against dryness, but it is still better than some other products with the same price. My hair do feels soft when rinse, but I still need serums for the end of the hair before blow drying.

I can't say that I feel and see a significant result as a product that lessens the hair fall, so far it's just a normal daily conditioner.

Price: Budget
Quality: Above the price (so, pretty good compared to other conditioner fellas on the same budget range)

My review:

The Gel Essence clear thick fluid glide super easy on my clean and tones skin. The essence feels like their in a second home. No allergy reaction or anything. It provide moisture and feels, well, comfortable in a way that I don't know how to explain. It's really feel like the essence belong to my skin. I never feels like this for a serum before, usually even thou' it is small there's still there some kind of reaction from my skin, this one feels like my skin just drank it all up and immediately the essence become part of my skin.

Now the Cream Gel. It's like a bunch of roses just squeezed and extracted captured in the bottle. I'm not really a fan of the scent that feels a bit sour but the pinkish cream gel is look so precious. Using it was pleasant too. The essence and cream gel work side by side creating a luminous skin burst with hydration and suppleness. I use it last night as my night cream and waking up the skin still feels comfortable, not oily, rejuvenate and so happy with the radiance it bring.

My verdict: You'll easily fall in love with this milky pink cream gel which feels soft and luxurious. The calm it brings reduce allergy and redness in a quick way. Stress, pollution, and all those bad habit from losing sleep also will not be visible on your face thanks to these two.  May I say Dynamic Duo?

My Review:
The cleansing milk feels gentle yet thoroughly cleanse my face. I use it on a clean hand. Apply enough amount on my dry face and massage them. I always like cleansing milk, I think they done a better job than cleansing foam. The thing is the cotton you'll use afterwards. Careful not to buy cottons with bleach or other chemical that harms your skin. The cleansing properties able to clean foundation and other makeup, but for my heavy waterproof makeup I need to applied the cleansing milk numerous time. It really depends on how thick your make up is. Daily debris and sweat took one go, while my heavy make up need 3-4 times applying-massaging-swipe (cotton bud). The smell is gorgeous, soft, and like a flowery fresh scent. The lotion is white and between light to medium thick.


Softening Hydrating Toner:

This alcohol-free lotion enriched with soothing plant extracts is the perfect finishing touch to makeup removal for dehydrated skin. It gently tones and refines the skin, removing any remaining impurities, without depleting its natural oils. Leaves skin feeling clean, soft and refreshed and ready for your daily treatments.

My Review:

This is one of my favorite toner, which create a fresh sensation yet perfect for my dry cheeks. The blue light fluid smells so good and comforting, it also does the same to my skin, comforting. I can not even describe how I love this toner, 10 out of 10 clear enough? It clean the leftovers from the cleansing milk and in the same time preparing my skin for the next step.

Both of this product used together is a match made in  . . . well, Lancome. I can see clearly why these two are best sellers. But my love goes more to the toner. Tips from Lancome, you can even use the Toner as a refreshing mask, use a cotton pad and damp with the Toner, leave it on your eyes for 10-15 minutes and it's rejuvenate the area. You can also use a dry (new) paper mask, damp it all over with the toner and use it all over your face for total comforting and refreshing, suitable for a got days where your skin is red and angry.

Another tips: Put the Toner inside a small spray bottle and put it inside your bag, anytime you wish a fresh lovely sensation to your face that calms the nerves, just spritz 'em.

Perfect for normal to dry skin. And to those who love their skin so much.

New AQUASOURCE by Biotherm

New Aquasource has reached my home and it has been a journey I have with Aquasource. I've used the previous formula during my college days, yes back to 10 years ago and how I fell in love with the super gorgeous scents and efficacy. Aquasource has moisten my skin and pampered them in the most lovely way possible.

Many moments has passed and I've used many moisturizer for hydration, but non even come close to Aquasource. Take note: their main focus is hydration.

Inside L'Oreal Academie

Yesterday, I was invited to have a treatment at L'Oreal Academie, located in Kuningan. This place is known for learning from the pro. Trainers from L'Oreal are here, and for me they are the best.

 Stylist from saloons have their time here to learn about the products and application method where the trainers will teach them how, step by step and every guideline. The trainers also have to go from city to city to educate stylists of saloons from different places.

L'Oreal Professionnel itself carry so many lines and range, from chemical process to treatment, they got it all under cover.

Equipped with facilities, tools and products to do the training and some even better than a 5 star saloon.

This is the color bar, they are not just providing color here, but the depth of each.

This is my treatment for today:

1. Powerdose Color in Incell, Ionene G, & Hydro Resist. Target 3 zones: Cortex, Cuticle, and Surface. Sets and protect color, while reinforcing the hair fiber.
2. Gel Masque (Sachets). Target 2 zones: Cortex and Cuticle. Incell + Hydro-resist Technology. 

3. Soft Peel (tube). Exfoliate Scalp.Gel with micro-inspired translucent green skin treatments. Rinse. Removes excess sebum, and respecting the scalp.
Rebalances the scalp, a hair feeling clean, healthy and light for long periods. LIPIDINE: It offers the dual advantage of a technology enriched with purifying active soft exfoliating microparticles.
This innovative formula works to eliminate waste scalp, while respecting its balance.

We started the treatment by washing my hair, look at L'Oreal Professionnel products on the shelves, they are colorful and each color represent a range of their own each for different type of hair. This time my hair is washed with INOA post coloring shampoo.

The Mr. Ambar give my scalp (top part area) Soft Peel, applied little by little section by section and a bit of massaging movement to help it absorbed. It is only applied on area where's affected, in this case over oily scalp area. Then the gel masque on my hair, avoiding anywhere near the root. Using a brush especially on the ends of my hair to around half way up. With a heater I was told to wait around 5-10 minutes perhaps, it need the warmth for the product to work well. In front of me there's a lady for a highlight and coloring process, in the next room curling process with a model, there's always something going on in the academie and their limit is perfection till the last details. Seriously, I haven't met anyone as pro as them.

Then after the rinsing, the powerdose is applied using a sprayer to my mid length hair part to the end. Again avoiding scalp. Then final rinse, hair drying process and I'm finished for the treatment. This is a picture of me and Mr. Ambar, he is responsible for Java and Bali. Normally you'll find him teaching from city to city, it's a rare occasion to be able to meet him here, nonetheless having a treatment done by him. I'm blessed!

He knows my scalp just by looking at them, he knows the exact treatment needed for my hair and how it is done, he knows a lot about chemical process and everything in L'Oreal Professionnel, from coloring, curling, smoothing, treatment and all in between.
